We had a great experience getting our car serviced at Critz BMW the other day. We were about 15 mins late for our appointment but Sarah, our service advisor, said no problem. We were able to wait for the car to be serviced. It didn’t take long at all. The dealership has a nice waiting area with free snacks and drinks. We were also able to meet the resident BMW Genius, Mr. Demitrc Otis, who was very helpful addressing a software problem I had. Sarah and everyone we met that day were highly knowledgeable and professional. All in all a great visit.

Awesome service! I usually don’t do the dealerships for service. However, l wanted to give Critz a shot. Usually, the service price is astronomical. But, after receiving the initial estimates l realized the expertise of the dealer is 2nd to none. Great experience and timely service! My service advisor Hannah was awesome!

The service regimen is efficient and effective. Scheduling is easy and time spent is reasonable (if waiting). My only complaint is on the cost of some services. To replace the front and rear wiper blades was > $150. Perhaps I’m out of touch with pricing of parts but $60 for those wiper blades seemed excessive. This was matched by labor charge of $85 (!!!). If it took the technician more than 15 minutes to replace the blades I would be surprised.

My service rep has a nice courteous personality but could do a little better with customer service skills. She did not respond to my calls and text messages when I had concerns and questions which caused me to make an unnecessary trip to the business. The guys who worked on my vehicle got information to me quickly, started work on my car and got it back to me within a reasonable time. Overall my experience was good.

My experience at Critz was excellent. They provided me a very nice loaner vehicle and Hannah kept me updated with detailed text messages and videos of the repairs needed throughout the process. Hannah also made sure I had time to review my estimate before any work was done. Once the work was done it met my expectations. I was definitely happy with my experience.

When I arrived, I was told that I did not have an appointment. Even though I had verified my appointment with the Service Manager days earlier. So once again, I had to speak with the Service Manager. He recalled our conversation, buy could not give a reason that the appointment was not in the system. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait until all the other customers get their services completed before my car was serviced. I had to wait over 3 hours for services. Needless to say, I was not pleased with my experience!

I was super pleased with my service visit and ongoing support. Much better than I ever expected. Sarah was fantastic and helped me through all my issues particularly several of my software problems. We communicated via text throughout the process. She also had Rafael work with me on resetting software issues, he also followed up with me a second time when I continued to experience problems. I will add that the problems were mostly my lack of knowledge about my own car. He was very patient and helped me better understand what was happening. Hats off to your team.

David, has been my service representative several times. Let me first, say that his welcoming personality and politeness (busy or not) always exceeds my expectations. He's extremely knowledgeable in his field. David went the extra mile communicating while my vehicle was being serviced. I always have a million questions, lol. I had the loaner vehicle for a week and was at ease the whole time. David, is detailed and will use all resources available to provide the best end result. This location is usually busy and the lines for a service representative can be long at times. I'll never have an issue waiting for David to be the one that's assisting me.

Good customer service, they film their vehicle inspection and send it to you via text. They also provide Uber transportation to and from a location of your choosing. Comfortable brake area with computer charging station, for those of you without a Mac and are stuck with energy hog laptops. Plenty of coffee tea and goodies along with TV in break area. WARNING: Labor is $224.95 per hour, so if you have the money and want the job done right go here. They guarantee their work for only 2 years and scrub their computer database every five years. So after five years your records are not available, so be sure to get hard copy.

I was very pleased with this service. It was all done in a timely manner and I felt very important and not like just another customer. I love the fact that I was sent a video of the actual inspection with a detailed list to choose the things I wanted to have completed outside of my regular service. Finally, to top it off once I was checked out, my car was brought to the service door for pickup and they also washed and vacuumed it out. Very reasonable prices and would highly recommend them to all customers! 😊

They are organized and communicate well. Technicians do good. pricing wise though, we get it - its a dealer plus its a BMW, but some rates are unnecessarily through the roof. Simple inspections like say looking at a AC system line leak and diagnosing up to $250 not including credit card fees is pretty insane. You’re better off going to ASM BMW 10 minutes away for the same work plus OEM part usage.

I have been waiting on my car for 5 HOURS for a tire change. This is my second visit to have tires changed here because the last time I was here for a scheduled appointment (appointment was scheduled 2 weeks prior to appointment) they realized after the fact that the tire I told them I wanted during the scheduling were not in stock/ordered ahead of time. This visit I had to check 2 different times if they had the tires in stock (which they didn’t and had to place an order for) before arriving for my scheduled appointment. I let them know when I set the appointment as well as when I arrived that I would be waiting for the car but it wasn’t until after waiting 2.5 hours that they told me they were short staffed and he couldn’t find anyone to work on my car. Finally, at 3 hours waiting I was told that they were working on my car and it shouldn’t take long. Yet 5 hours I waited
