Great service, our car was very tricky being that it is a Tesla. There were delays only because parts that were ordered from Tesla took so long. We were constantly kept up-to-date with the progress of our car repair. Whenever we needed to contact them, they were always available and greeted us nicely and professionally. The repair damage was outstanding, can’t even notice it. Truly nice people and very competent work. I highly recommend them and would go back anytime, but hopefully not soon. 😁

Satisfied with estimate process and quality of work. Extremely unsatisfied with delays in repairs and lack of communication. Initial parts were not ordered prior to scheduled repair which just started a cascade of unexplained delays for the 3-4 day repair turned into 9-days. After the initial update indicating status on 2nd-day, I had to call for status updates and never received a call when they were not going to complete for the weekend which had been my one request every time I call for status update.

My husband sent his car here a month and a half ago to get fixed. He called to ask about the status and they lied and said they called and left a message 2 weeks ago. Then he gets there and his tires completely flat which they seemed to have patched themselves without saying anything and the receptionist tried to just fill it with air.

I would not recommend this place to take your car!!! I took my Tesla here and it took about 2 months because after a month they started working on the car they realized they need more parts. I had to go back couple of times because after I picked up the car it kept saying coolant low and they tried to send me to Tesla to get my issue fixed . Also they damaged the interior even though they didn’t work in the area. You could clearly see boot marks and dirt inside when I picked it up. I addressed the issues to the manager and he refused to do anything because the people that worked on the car already left the job.

This place is a rip off my hood to my car is not right and they clam it’s a issue with this car but when I got in the wreck my hood was good they fast talk you to make you feel crazy. So I pulled up to dodge to get and understanding and they seen it before I said anything but I was told by Joe Hudson to go to the dealership and see how other cars look my car is a brand new car they some bullshit and I wouldn’t take another car to them again

Excellent in all aspects !! Made the repair experience as easy possible and did not interfere with my normal schedule. From dropping off my car to picking up my car and just dropping off my rental the repair went smoothly!! I was greatly impressed with Jasmine the office secretary. She kept me informed for the entire repair time . If you request the best — use Joe Hudson !!!

Updated! Showed up just to talk see if we can get a quote before I could even really say anything into the conversation literally was told that he wouldn’t touch my vehicle with a 10 foot pole and laughed at me great customer service. I will definitely remember this thanks Joe Hudson the company responds with what? Immediately blaming me the customer? your guy was outside when I pulled up and approached me I asked is their someone here I can talk to or appointment only? His reply sure how can I help? Do you really want to do business with a company like this?

Was told that they were waiting on a part to replace the screen in my car and I have yet to receive any updates on said part. Don't expect to at this point. Service is great otherwise but you may have to hand hold to make sure they do what they say.

I walked-in (no appt.) and just asked if someone would take a quick look at my car. I have zero body damage, I just wanted to see if they could get some love bugs off the front of my car that had hardened on the paint. They wouldn’t give me the time of day. My work schedule is not conducive to making an appointment to come in. Just wanted quick yes or no if they could help me.
