Thank you so Mr Gordon you got our Camaro on the road again, my husband's smile said it all. The car is driving smooth, we had the drivers side wheel barron replaced, Thermostat and sensor replace this well. Also he took a careful look at other things that we needed to be aware to keep our car in good shape we thank you so kindly. Also let me not leave honest honest honest with cost and time needed to get the job done. He cares about his customers. Thank you again we are taking our other vehicle took get worked on as well. Not great service at all, very disappointed. Monday morning spoke to someone and he said he could be out 9am Tuesday morning…9am Tuesday arrives he has not shown up call mechanic at 9:05 too check eta (maybe he is stuck in traffic what I was think) but no he tell me oh I can’t be out till 1pm okay great that is fine….1pm arrives( I call mechanics again at 1:05pm) then he say I will not be there till 1:40pm…. Mechanic shows up at 1:48pm late. He gets there runs diagnostics (takes like 5mins) he tells me it’s my Cat and I need to get it replace… I kinda look at him confused because he didn’t check anything else and I explain that I just got my cat replaced a year ago and could he give me a better answer than just reading a screen… he then say it’s the cat so I can get you and estimate on pricing and if you want us to start labor and get part you can pay half now.. I refused the extra service snd say I will pay for diagnostics and him coming out he then tell me that the total is $195 for him reading a screen and standing there for a total of 10mins… I am beyond shock because he had not even been for 30mins or did anything… I then explained that in the phone the price was around $145 what change he say oh no the diagnostic is $145 and me coming out is $45… he then gets on the phone with I assume the owner ad he is like well it is actually $145 for diagnostic and $30 plus a $6 fee for using card for coming out… I’m upset and furious at this point so I pay him $181 in total because I don’t want any confrontations outside my home and as I’m paying the mechanic goes on to say “I don’t work on regular cars I actually work on semi-trucks” I’m just furious at this moment because you are telling me that you do not know nothing about my car but you have the audacity to charge me almost $200 to come out and read a screen and tell me you don’t even work on regular cars… it’s not fair to take people hard earn money to send some who is beyond late…I had an appoint for 9am but I had to sit around my houses all day waiting for your mechanic to come then he doesn’t even know about cars like mine (also I informed him about my car and issue before he came out).. If you are going to charge people that much then please do you job and be on time like we agreed on the phone on Monday, which was 9am

Terrible experience with this mechanic. He had my car for a month and a half, poor communication. Paid $2500 for the car to drive worse then when I dropped it off. He couldn't diagnose my car properly. Unprofessional shop. When I came to pick it up, we found the engine cover missing, low coolant, and the intake duct cracked (so we had to just tape it). Had to get my car out of there. Worst mechanic experience ever .

My Mother & I are driving from Florida to NJ. Unfortunately, there was a tractor trailer that shredded its tire and we could not avoid running over it. About 10 mins later, our tire hazard warning light came on and our back left side tire was at 26 pounds of pressure though they were properly filled to 33 pounds each before we left on our journey at 730am. We looked up repair shops and found this little gem. Gordon & son were honest and perfect southern gentlemen. He repaired our tire for a very, very good price and had us on our way quickly. There is a clear reason why this place is 5 stars. Very deserved! Highly, highly recommended. The Lord took care of us for certain.

Top notch mobile truck repair! My truck was having some issues with the airbags and brakes called Gordon within 45 minutes he had a truck there in the rain trying to get me back on the road. When his mechanic got there we realized we had some other issues they jumped on it and got me rolling price was reasonable! Glad I encountered the honest mechanic on my route. I had a great conversation with the person on the phone and within an hour or so. My mobile Mechanic was on-site ready to work ( 5.7 hemi Just about half the boots broke off in the cylinder) Julius was more than professional and took care of the problem ....I would have lost my mind!!. Thank you so much again Truck is up running like it's brand new ..... I would definitely recommend anyone to call them for car trouble. It might cost a little might cost you a lot. But it's definitely worth it.
