I have never went to a body shop and felt as welcomed, and at peace the way A and L made me feel, but more than anything they treated me like family. Mr. ED is very trust worthy and he will go above and beyond for his customers, my insurance company was horrible at communicating and keeping me updated, Mr. Ed and Mrs. Ann at the front desk made me feel at peace and stayed in contact with me at all times, informing me every time that something went on or when my insurance company came by or called. Ann at the front desk was incredibly helpful in assessing any needs or concerns I love Mrs. Ann and Mr. Ed they are just good people. Such wonderful, nice staff with great customer service! So happy I found a reliable, trustworthy place that care. My car was totaled but it was better being totaled than having problems down the line. I can’t thank your team enough.

I brought my truck in because the driver door suddenly wouldn’t shut. The front desk worker was very courteous and told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it, even though they were booked up. When I arrived, the technician stopped what he was doing, and fixed my door in just a few minutes. Overall, very nice people, and would definitely recommend A&L Body Shop to anyone that needs work done.

They did a amazing job fixing my car. Fast & friendly. They even removed sap off my car that was not part of the original work . I also took my daughters car to them for more extensive repairs than mine . Not only did they do a great job . They did it at a fair price. Will definitely use them again if the need arises. Amazing job! I was skeptical at first being a smaller shop. We had to have a new bumper and all accessories replaced. They fixed it and it looks like it came from factory. They even asked if we wanted the front license plate bracket remounted. Very reasonable price and GREAT work. Had small blemish but they fixed it before I paid.

Been thinking long and hard on how to leave a review for this shop. There are so many things I’ve been wanting to say about this shop. Everything from how poorly they replaced my parts, to how my paint doesn’t match, to how much of my time they wasted with their quality of work. I really had high hopes for this place. But when I got my car the battery wasn’t charged. My car was filthy. The coolant wasn’t filled (like at all), so when I drove two blocks down the road in the hot Georgia summer, my engine almost overheated. Let me just put it bluntly, they wasted five months of “working” on my car to the point where another shop had to take over and do additional corrective work. Wouldn’t recommend for classic cars.

Having just recently been traumatized by another shop's horrible business and customer "care," I can honestly say that A&L are the complete opposite! Such fantastic, timely communication. So very appreciated! Leesa keeps an awesome office, and is super kind professional. The shop did quick work, but it was thorough and done with obvious care, and no greed!!!! These folks enjoy serving others. I will refer, and return when necessary. They have my business for life. Thank you A&L!!!!

Well, I paid $1000 to get a small dent fixed and painted got it back home looking at it and it was not totally finished yes there was overspray on my windows on the paint. I had to buff it out, clean it myself. I was not very satisfied. I will not be using them again. It’s just sad. You can’t find quality work in Savannah, Georgia from anyone.

As a woman, I'm always a little leery about my first visit to a repair shop. Plus, I'm careful about who works on Delphine, my Mini. Those worries had no weight when I arrived at A & L Auto Body. When I needed a couple of exterior lights, I was blown away with the outstanding customer service and care shown towards me and my car. From the courtesy and efficiency of Leesa in the office to the expertise and professionalism of the owner, I was thrilled with my treatment even though my repair job wasn't a big one. Most importantly, I got a more-than-fair price on the work and I felt happy handing over my credit card at the end of the job. (How often does THAT happen?) Anybody who needs quality work at a great price, don't hesitate to go to A&L. I'll be a customer for life!

This is a great body shop. Ms. Dawn made me feel like I was family. She is polite and very helpful. She promised me that she would make sure my 2012 Ram 1500 was gonna be pretty when the work was done. 😁 The owner name is Ed. He fought USAA to get me a brand new bumper and he even gave me a great price on a brand new headlight assembly. I highly recommend this body shop if you're looking for someone to take good care of your vehicle!

A & L Autobody -- Lisa and Ed -- repaired and repainted part of a Lexus with a white pearl paint. Got an estimate, agreed to the price, scheduled a date, visited the day before to ensure they had the parts, and dropped the car off on Tuesday at 9:00 AM. Picked the car up on Friday morning early. Good paint match -- Lexus 3-part white pearl is a complicated paint -- and good repairs. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they did the work which included buying, painting, and installing a new hood. Very well done. Highly recommend A & L Autobody and Lisa and Ed. Bravo and well played.

I had one of the worst experiences with this place and truly regret giving them my business. About a month ago, I came in to replace a mirror and was told it would take two days to arrive. After four days with no update, I called—no answer, and no one ever called me back. I ended up waiting over a month for a simple mirror replacement. When I first came in, I was quoted $500. No one ever updated me or mentioned any changes in price. Only after they had already installed the mirror did they tell me the total was nearly $1,100. The person at the front admitted it was her mistake, but the man helping me was incredibly rude, offered no apology, and just gave me excuses, claiming it was the first time he had ever seen this car. When I asked for some kind of compensation for all the delays and the surprise price jump, the woman at the counter didn’t even look at me—she just charged my card without saying a word. Horrible customer service, disorganized communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Would you like a version that includes the business name or keeps it anonymo

I first went to A&L when someone hit my truck a few years ago and they did a great job on the repair. I brought my dad’s SUV in today to get an estimate to touch-up a few scratches before we sold it. The owner came out to the parking lot with a buffer and polished out the scratches for free. I was not expecting that and will be back if I ever have real damage in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with A & L. As someone who grew up working on cars and typically fixes my own vehicles, I’m pretty selective about trusting a shop. I’ve also received some pretty outlandish quotes from other places; I can’t help but think that part of this can be attributed to the fact that I am a female. With this being said, as a female, I felt extremely comfortable at A & L and 100% trust them. A & L did an exceptional job matching my paint code, which was an aftermarket color, and the fender replacement and paintwork came out flawless. The pricing was also extremely reasonable considering the cost of parts, paint, and labor involved. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and honest service.
