I brought my car here for a vehicle inspection and a diagnostic. Spent over $500. Had oil change, replaced filter, thermostat replacement. I had an automobile status report and the battery terminals/cables/ mounting was checked out as good. Sorry to say I didn't look at the engine after paying. Just 1 week later, the car wouldn't start up!! When the hood was opened, there was a massive amount of corrosion around the terminals of the battery! I thought the battery terminals was good! Needless to say, the nissan autoshop told me that the vehicle inspection was complimentary and free and it would mean I would be charged if they had to clean the terminals. Duh!!! You don't think I spent money having my car towed to another shop and inspected AGAIN!!?? Even though I'm not a mechanic, when I saw white flour like powder all around my battery terminals ...I knew that wasn't good! Very dissatisfied and really disappointed with the service!

Updated review. Worst customer service I have experienced. No accountability for any issues with this car PRIOR to me purchasing the vehicle. I should not be responsible for any issues you knew were wrong with the vehicle. Customers should be able to feel comfortable and trust in the company when making a large purchase… I didnt. With everything that has been going on , I would not recommend this location.

UPDATE: I left a review 1 weeks ago about my tires and a wheel alignment on a car I just purchased from Vaden Nissan. I was extremely upset that I was sold a car that needed 4 new tires and a wheel alignment and I left a bad review. I just want to say thank you to Brad at the Service Department, he was amazing!! He contacted me and set up the appointment to put tires on my car and to get the wheel alignment. He really did make things right. The way they should be. I will continue to take my business there because of that.

Unfortunately I have had the worst customer service from this location. Since the end of August my vehicle has been here for a simple repair due to weather damage from the Hurricane Savannah had just experienced. My insurance agent and I were ensured by Tony (the assigned service advisor for my vehicle) that my car would be ready in a week after the adjusters came to create an estimate which was on September 10th. Weeks went by with no further communication and unfortunately my rental coverage max was reached on Oct 8th. My insurance agent Robert Manning at Progressive reached out to the dealership and was told they had been waiting on a part that was supposedly on backorder. My agent advocated that the dealership pick up with extended rental costs due to their mishap with now being beyond the deadline of my completed repairs and rental coverage. Tony was very rude & nasty with my mother & I. He refused to assist with rental coverage despite me being a full time student & employee in Atlanta. His words verbatim were “ If I don’t like it, I can get a tow truck to pick up the car & take it another repair shop.” Very unprofessional as someone who also works in customer service daily & absolutely unacceptable considering the fact my insurance had already cut a check to the dealership on September 26th before anything was completed. We asked to speak with the general manager and were transferred to Spencer, who we later found out was not the current General Manager at the dealership, but possibly another service advisor. Spencer to no avail further complied with Tony explaining he’s not responsible for the extended rental expenses despite not having my car ready past the Oct 8th deadline. His tone was very sarcastic & careless of the situation his department has cost me.He also provided further information that parts were not ordered until late September despite the estimate bill being given to them on the 10th so per my insurance they could start ordering what they needed. My mother & I then requested we speak to the general manager, Mr. Frank Pizziruli. Upon leaving multiple messages none of our phone calls have been returned by him or any other staff. As of today, my car is still not ready and I have come out of pocket over $1000 for a rental car that I should not have to pay for due to unprofessional behavior and total disregard of important deadlines that were communicated to the service center per my insurance. Above all, they are still expecting me to pay $1800 which I had no problem paying up until now because of extra, unnecessary costs that are to no fault of mine. I highly do not recommend this service center & I am highly disappointed because I was referred that they would do their very best to accommodate my services.

Took my truck in for multipoint inspection. On 7/2/25 Horrible service. New to the Savannah area and wasn't sure where to take my truck so I thought I’d take it to the dealership. I mentioned that the last time I had my breaks checked the pads were starting to get low and they might need to be checked again. The last time I had them check in October 2024 they were measuring at 6mm and previous to that in March of 2024 they were measuring 7mm. So they were showing steady decline. In between the last time I had them checked and this time I drove across country hauling a U-Haul. So I was definitely expecting them to be lower and in need of service. I asked the service rep to double check that 8mm was the correct measurement. He went on to say “well I can tell you either two things happened. Your breaks grew or those other people didn’t measure correctly. And I can tell you your breaks didn’t grow. They are at 8mm”. They also checked off my battery saying it was in good condition. A week later my battery totally died and when I had to bring my car into a different place they said the battery was well expired and it was original to the vehicle. I am taking my truck back to this new place to see what the breaks true measurements are which I will update here. I’m lead to believe neither one of these things were actually checked considering what the other shop said about my battery. In addition while my car was in the shop at Nissan. I received multiple calls and texts about purchasing a new vehicle these continued even after I picked my car up. They also gave me incorrect estimates on the time it would take for the car to be done. I eventually decided to call because it was well past the time it was supposed to be done. I had to call several times to get in touch with someone to get an update. I was not going to leave a review about this experience and let them handle it internally but unfortunately, they decided not to do anything when I brought this information to their attention. I received a call after I brought it in asking about how the service was. I brought all of this up to them. They said someone would be in touch. Someone called me the other day and said “I heard you wanted to bring your car back in” I don’t know if this was the call they were referring to but that’s the only information I received. Ultimately, I would not trust this place to be honest. Complete waste of time and money.

Is one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever been to. Sold me a broken truck and then wouldn’t help me get a loaner or anything or fix it. Matter of the fact. After they already sold me on a three-year bullshit warranty. Do not come here unless you wanna be scammed.

I have had nothing but issues with VADEN NISSAN on Abercorn since I've purchased my car in July of last year. For some reason, they cannot correctly fix all of my front end work that I have back-and-forth took into them, which was then under warranty - now I have had someone else look at my issues today ( my AXLE is IMPROPERLY INSTALLED) . It was shown to be very loose and its cracks as I am driving . This very dangerous for me and my child riding around anything can happen. I think should I talk to Corporate before I take it further .

Daniel is the greatest. He took time out of his busy schedule to show many cars and suvs before I bought my new Sentra. I was in a very bad accident 2 weeks ago and lost my kicks which I loved so much. Daniel went above and beyond to help me with my new car purchase. He even talked to the finance person in advance so that the buying process so seamless. He also spoke with me many times on the phone reassuring me things were gonna work out!
