Purchasing our first Mercedes was a dream come true for my husband and I. We were treated so wonderfully by everyone we met. Our salesman Mike Burnett was a delight to work with. He walked us through the whole process so easily. We were so nervous about trading in our car and we just never thought we could afford a Mercedes. God has blessed us and lead us straight to Mike Burnett. Thank you so much for making this our most enjoyable experience of ever purchasing a car. It is to my concern that Colby Pearce of Critz Mercedes Benz Inc. of Savannah, Georgia, provided me with the WORST customer service experience this weekend. Last week, I turned my car in to the company for Service A and an oil change. Although, not even a day after receiving my car back after being serviced, I experienced malfunctions in which I've never experienced. After a long overnight shift at my job, as I got ready to start my car, it was then when I realized my key ignition would not turn on. I was unable to start my car. This caused confusion and frustration due to the fact that my car was just serviced by Mercedes Benz of Savannah and somehow not even a day later of having it returned, I was experiencing serious malfunctioning. Due to this, I had a local towing company come and tow my car at an expense to Critz Mercedes Inc. to have it once again, serviced. As soon as Critz Mercede's opening, I begun making calls. It was brought to my attention that Colby Pearce was the only service advisor attended this weekend whom which could assist me. Due to this fact, I made several calls over the hour to raise concern and even left voicemails so we could discuss the issue and have it resolved. An employee of the company, assured me that she left my name and number on stickers upon his desk in which he could refer to when he got around to calling me back. After 5 hours of waiting, I still received no call back from Colby Pearce and experienced confrontation upon arrival with the towing company. As soon as entered the company, I found Colby at his desk with no productivity which as well raised confusion as to why I had no call back. I explained to Colby Pearce of my calling and how the car malfunction was urgent. Although, he was very much nonchalant and showed no concern. It was then when he found the need to bring to my concern that Mercedes does provide free towing servicing. But, that was after the fact that I had already paid for one myself. If he had given me a call back, I'm sure I would have known. Because of Colby Pearce, I as well have no transportation. In the area, I noticed there were multiple rentals outside but he explained to me that these were for next week's customers and was unable to provide me with service from Enterprise. I was furious. Confused again as to why I could not receive one for the meantime, I could not believe this lack of concern especially when experiencing this all after receiving my car back from the company not even a day later. It is to my hopes that this issue is resolved and nobody else should go through this with the customer service of Colby Pearce.

I was lied to about maintenance that was supposed to be preformed on my vehicle ( $4,200)! Barely made it out the dealership driveway before problems recreated ! Went straight back with the issue only to be told the next day that part ($280 module) was no longer available anywhere and that my vehicle was now obsolete,('06 E-350) car sat at dealership for two months without any results , finally had to retrieve vehicle which did not make it home ( $200 tow ) ! My argument is that the maintenance was signed off as preformed, when it clearly was not ( as shown by the inability to rectify initial problem and later be told problem is unrepairable as module no longer available anywhere! )Makes no sense that product is not supported and my well maintained vehicle is no longer of use due to an electrical part ! I strongly recommend not to use this dealership ! Dale Critz , I hope your proud to have your name on a dealership with no integrity!

Airbag module went bad at 41,000 miles on my E-550. Due to age out of warranty (understand) however Critz quoted me $1100 for the part and I went down to Tampa Fl and purchased it for $350 less. All 3 dealers down there were about the same...I then called back to Critz parts department to clarify and the rep then told me that they could not give me a price (for the part only) unless I brought the car in!! I am researching to purchase a new S class or perhaps an 8 series BMW and i can guarantee you it will not be from Critz.

I had a positive experience with this dealership. Despite reading mixed reviews beforehand, I wanted to form my own opinion. The staff was very professional, especially Mrs. Smalls, who clearly enjoys her job, which means a lot. I came in for routine maintenance at a reasonable price. They recommended some additional work, which I agreed to, and although it was a bit pricey, it was worth it. I booked a rental car, which was really nice. The rental has a maximum of 75 miles, perfect for exploring Savannah, GA. Below is a photo of the rental. Overall, it was a nice experience. Initially, I was there for 2 hours, and after the additional work, I stayed for another 5 hours.

By far the best automotive buying experience I’ve had! Working in the car business having to be on the consumer end can be a little difficult sometimes. But this team was an absolute dream to work with. My Sales Advisor Lucien was top notch no pressure, no silly games, very knowledgeable and helpful. Justin and Fiorella the Sales & Finance Manager were awesome to work with as well. But I have to say by far the person that made this experience the absolute best HANDS DOWN was Jacquelyn the Concierge Advisor!!! We bring our Deisel Motorhome to this dealer, for an oil change, fuel filter and 2 front struts. The quote was $2300, ok. Pick up day 6 weeks later, $5100, no explanantion. Then we drive a block away and the fuel line blows off, smoke, fuel all over the engine and the street, they come get it, fix it, and offer us what, an oil change? A car wash, no nothing. Choose wisely and don't choose crooks. Unless you can afford expensive attorney's...Happy New Year!
