My friend and I came through to ask if someone could plug a code reader up to a car she was thinking about buying. Let me tell ya, we got lucky today when Mr. Williams was the man to walk up to the register. He went above and beyond, and answered every ignorant question we asked with such charm and patience. I’ve never had to change a headlight before and don’t know car terminology, which I told the cashier. But instead of asking questions about which headlight etc, he just grabbed one based off my car’s make and model which turned out to be the wrong one, effectively wasting my time and money. Won’t be back!

Shaun is very unprofessional. I walked in, and he asked what was going on, man, so i said i needed a bulb, and the phone started ringing, and in the middle of me talking, he picked up the phone and was talking to the customer on the phone like he was at home relaxing on the couch with friends

My daughter and I are visiting Savannah and needed parts for our Subaru. Ms. Kay ordered the parts for us and said they'd arrive a little after 3p. When we stopped back by the store to wait for the parts, Sean told us Ms. Kay had gone to meet the parts guy (he was running behind) to make sure we got our parts on time for the mechanic. I had had a ruff few days and was on my way home from visiting my Mom at the hospital when my tension wheel broke and my belt broke. I managed to get to this O'Reilly's location. I got the best help from an employee who I believe was named Sean. He went far above and beyond getting me the parts O need and was able to change them out all while going back and forth answering phones and helping other customers. Thank you for such great customer service Mr. Sean and for going the extra mile to help me get back on the road and not have to be towed. 💯❤️❤️

Super helpful! Benny went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact part I needed at the best possible cost. We discussed pros and cons of the different price points and he helped me make an informed decision. Update: I arrived at 8:57 tonight (3 min before closing) with a vehicle that apparently had no tail lights. I was panicked. Brian helped me find the bulbs I needed and even made sure I know how to change them. He made sure I was safe before he left the parking lot as well. If I could give more than 5 star review I 100% would do so.
