Aaron and the Critz team are awesome! They were very helpful in finding my wife’s Buick in 2021 and my new Sierra this past week. Highly recommend shopping here for a vehicle. A much nicer experience than the other pushy dealerships in town.

A female from the Parts dept. was disrespectful towards me on Tues. 9/16/24 when I called to ask for pricing for key fob service. She gave a pricing for the keyfob after a back & forth conversation. She asked me for oart of my VIN #, so I stated i will have to get it. I said, would you hold on or should i call you back. She then said, Yeah. I then asked her about how can I get it programmed, she stated " how should I know". I then said, who can I get to help? She then responded, i will transfer you to the service dept. Does she act this way with other customers, or just ceetain ones? I will be meeting her soon when I come up there. I will ask here these same questions too. I truly hope she will not act that way in front of me. Just ignorant behavior for no reason.

I had the worst experience I took my GMC in for a repair I thought that endurance would cover it I drove at 30 me to get it there and then a week later they told me 2200 it had a leaking heater hose and a sticking thermostat they wanted 2200 and when I went to pick it up I paid $199.95 for telling me what was wrong with it but nobody told me that the heater hose was busted completely off only had one leg I made it a half a mile from their shop going back home and it ran hot because all the water poured on the ground they hadn't told me I would have had it towed to my house there was no way it can make it 30 mi in the condition they left it in it could not been broke like that when I drove it down there because I would have been on the side of the road before I got there so I know they broke it completely off and then they expected me to go back home with it like that without least telling me and I am 68 years old with one leg they left me in a bad situation never will do business with him again when I finally got my vehicle to the house I'll fix my problem with a $2 hose clamp and a 20-something dollar thermostat shame on them God bless people taking advantage of people that don't have much money

It's okay. Had to get the General Manager involved to get my car fixed. Service department wouldn't return my calls, and they broke one thing fixing another thing.... Service writer would have had me pay $1,200 for a part I didn't need. The GM and Service Manager got it resolved. I probably won't be back. Too much hassle.

Dropped my truck off to get a GMC emblem installed at 7:30 a.m. and here is it the next day at 2 p.m. and my truck is not ready. I didn’t receive a call to inform me they would have to keep my truck overnight. I have called 5 times to get a status update and was told someone would call me back. I called again and was told the technician that is working on my truck is test driving another car. Worst Customer service ever!!! It is too easy to call a customer to give them an update on their vehicle. In my opinion it doesn’t take this long to just install emblems on to vehicle. This will be the last time I use this dealership.

Poor excuse for a GMC dealer. They will not even diagnose your vehicle if it is 20 years old. I have a 2004 GMY Yukon that they refuse to even look at. Not help at all. Mediocre customer service. No thank you to this place. When it is time for me to get a new vehicle, which is soon, they will definitely NOT get my money!

I had a great experience with Critz BMW. First, I will say no one has ever sent me a video explaining what has been done to my car! That was amazing! I received a complimentary car wash….loved that!! We left the car the night before and the car was started first thing in the morning! Overall, great service and excellent experience!

I had a 9:45am appointment that took weeks to get, at 11:00am I asked a service advisor when they were getting to my vehicle and they informed that they were pulling my vehicle in for service immediately and were going to put two technicians on it since they were so late, fast forward to 11:50 am and they still haven't pulled my truck in for service. For this service they informed me they could only do the oil change and not the free software update that GMC is telling customers to expedite going to. This GMC dealer use to be great for getting your vehicle serviced at and now it is almost impossible, if you plan to get your vehicle serviced here ensure you have no other obligations for the day of your service. The service advisors honestly seem unbothered by the fact that they are hours behind and don't put out info on delays, you have to ask to be informed your service has been delayed for hours despite having a set appointment that should only take 15 minutes to complete.

I had a "Scheduled appointment" for 9 am. When I arrived to check in they told me they were changing my oil and doing a tire rotation, full service check. I asked how long it would take and they said normally it takes 3 hours for the services scheduled, I assumed (as is customary at dealerships) that this meant full service (Fluids checked, oil changed, filter check and quick wash and vacuum). I asked for a loaner and they offered to get me a ride. I took the ride (they scheduled an Uber) and they said they would contact me when they were finished. After 3 1/2 hours I called to ask if they were done and when I could pick up my vehicle. The service "Professional" was extremely rude and said they would contact me when finished and hung up. After 6 hours I hadn't heard anything so I called to check if they were finished. I spoke with a different service technician who put me on a brief hold and then said they were finishing up and I could pick my vehicle up in 30 minutes. When I picked the vehicle up the service "professional" I spoke with earlier and checked in with was once again rude. Now I understand things can get busy, but to change the oil and rotate the tires, full service checks etc. should not take 3 hours, let alone 6 1/2 hours. After I got home I checked the vehicle over and the tires were not rotated at all, they hadn't done anything more than an oil change, so for 6 1/2 hours they changed the oil. Why schedule anything at all if this is the process. I have had a very poor experience with this dealership and would not recommend them.

I have had three separate times I’ve called at least 6 times and attempted to be connected to the service desk for updates on parts they had to order, questions about my car that was having issues less than 4 days after an oil change, or getting an uber back the the shop that’s been promised. Getting connected to who you need to talk to is extremely difficult.

My experience at this dealership has always been a positive outcome! This is my second GMC Sierra that I have purchased at this location. I can't brag enough about my salesperson Danielle Taylor! Her professionalism along with the knowledge of the vehicles has made the entire experience enjoyable and seamless. If you're in the market for purchasing a vehicle, see my favorite salesperson Danielle with experience and efficiency.

Although their salesmen are very attentive and caring, their service department is the complete opposite. My brand new 2025 GMC Terrain AC broke. I called on several occasions to get it fixed and it took over 1 month to get the car in to get it looked at. Driving in GA in the middle of summer with no AC! Called everyday and left voicemails until one day someone finally picked up. I leased the car back in May 2025, til this day, August 6th, the AC is not working. Luckily the car is “getting looked at” right now. My car has been in the shop for over a week now and I have not gotten any update whatsoever. When I call to get an update, they don’t answer , and on the off chance they do answer the phone, they tell me they will call me back, and they guess what! They don’t call back. Terrible customer service. If you buy a car here I would recommend getting it serviced some place else. Save yourself the headache!

Worst service dealership I ever being to was hoping it would get better but getting worse, my vehicle go for all service and oil change but left me stranded on the side of the road batter no good at my service appointment it Ft. Lauderdale they recommended new and replaced batter due to age and maintenance check I was disappointed this was not done for all the visits to this location when I ask the rep at my last oil change how something simple was miss he mentioned they don’t check battery until they fail I was taken aback the vehicle need to let you down before they check, on numerous appointments all the issues was not addressed worst Buick service

My husband and I have been good customers of Critz through the years and have purchased 6 GMCs from Critz and had all of these cars serviced through Critz. Up until recently, all has gone well but that has changed. A year ago or so, my husband made an appointment for an oil change online, showed up at the appointed time, and was told they did not have an appointment for him. Last Friday and Saturday, my husband tried calling for an appointment many times, leaving messages each time, with absolutely no response. Out of sheer frustration, we found a random number in the Critz system and finally, were able to schedule a service appointment. We are hoping that we will have a good review to write after that experience.

The service department has become increasingly unwelcoming. Neither the service writers nor any other service staff greeted me warmly. When it was finally my turn to speak with TJ, he said good morning. When I inquired about the associates’ silence, he merely smiled back at me. This behavior is deeply concerning for a reputable business like this. On this occasion, the waiting time was shorter. However, it is likely that the lube technician neglected to clean the oil splatters on the front grill av the top of the engine. Additionally, he failed to clean the area around the oil filter wrapping the old filter to the new one, leaving the filter base dripping underneath the engine splash cover and zipping through the bottom, creating a puddle of oil when I parked the vehicle at work.

Gil the service writer looked back in my service history, trying to help me with service decisions. I took my truck in and left it to do what we had decided. He called me middle of the next day to tell me about things that had been found while doing an inspection. We decided how to proceed and they finished the work later that day and I decided to pick it up on Monday. I appreciate their help and work.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES!!! I purchased a used vehicle and from the beginning had the run around from the salesman about the vehicles condition to say the least!!! Shortly (7k miles) into my ownership of the vehicle I experienced and oil leak that was said to not be covered under the warranty provided… After the issue at time of purchase I was reassured by Dale Critz himself and he himself told me to reach out to him directly if any issues arise with the vehicle!!! Once I reached out to Dale about the issue as requested he told me to bring the vehicle in for inspection… Upon inspection the oil leak was determined to have been from a gasket of some sort… The vehicle was said to have been repaired by ford due to it being a vehicle they couldn’t provide service for… After 3 weeks of having the vehicle I scheduled a pick up time and was informed all repairs were made and also another issue was found and repaired but were not covered under the specified warranty but would be no cost to me due to my previous issues at purchase!!! The vehicle was also said to have been detailed… Upon pickup up the vehicle by Dale Critz himself there was no Cleaning Detail performed as well as not a single page of paperwork confirming his said repairs of any kind!!! When arriving home I personally looked under the vehicle to see if all said was completed… I immediately seen not only the same issue I sent the vehicle in for repair but in addition there was residue from oil in many other locations on the chassis and multiple components!!! I immediately contacted Dale about these issues… I received a direct call late in the evening from Dale detailing his efforts of the project… Little did Dale know I reached out to the dealer the vehicle was said to be repaired at and the service manager at that location mentioned the vehicle was never repaired by them!!! Instantly Dale became aggressive and attempted to throw in my face all the cost that was covered on their end!!! Let it be known I was never argumentative about cost because the covered cost was offered NOT REQUESTED so early on in this situation!!! The fact is my vehicle was never repaired properly if repaired at all!!! The situation seems to be worse now than when delivered into their care!!! After this experience and previous ones I have no choice but to not trust ANY of Ctriz’s employees!!! My vehicle was sent to a professional diesel shop and was confirmed no such oil gaskets or proper repairs were made as mentioned by Dale himself!!! If I can prevent even one person from making the mistake I made then my job is complete!!! PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!!!
