Mavis tires and brakes gave me an amazing deal on my tires I got four tires with an alignment and an oil change for $480. I did not have to wait in line my car went on the rack immediately and the staff there was amazing. I was on a budget which I explain to the manager and they were able to work out a deal with me at the price I had for my budget. The manager was very kind and the assistant was very professional. The place was very neat and clean and well organized again I stress I did not have to make an appointment and I did not have to wait in line for two hours like you do at Walmart. I brought my car in on a Monday, thinking I was having break and/or alternator issues as my car lights were dim and my car was driving funny. Vince checked my car out and assured me all I needed was an alignment and two new front tires. He did NOT upsale me anything I didn't need, and as a woman that this has happened to countless times in the past, I immensely appreciated this. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I drove my car fully confident in the the work that the shop did! I ended up back the very next day for them to correct tire work walmart had completed, and recieved the same treatment. Vince and his team were awesome, and I plan to return for all my car needs!

They have been honest and fair in their repairs and solutions to get my little Jeep back and running in proper order. My daughter is on her first cross country solo trip. She was stopping in Savannah, GA to visit friends on her way to northern lower Michigan. She heard something with her brakes and stopped at Mavis. She believes she spoke to Vince? The shop manager. As a young 20 year-old-female, she was so impressed with how all of the employees treated her. She expected them to try and scam her or sell her stuff she didn’t absolutely need, this was the exact opposite of what happened. They walked her through the things that need to be done vs what had to be done. They showed her compassion. She was only sold the items she needed to make her car safe again. They were amazing! They worked with her and fit her in that day so she could get back on the road. I am so incredibly thankful for these guys! Thank you for taking care of my daughter and making sure she is safe the rest of her way home. Your kindness is appreciated more than you know. We will pay it forward soon! Thank you again! It's been two and a half weeks since the Mavis driver crashed my car into another customer's car. I've given them the estimate from my body shop. They have all my contact information. Every day that passes without my car being fixed just adds to my frustration. It's a shame, too, because Mavis USED to be the tire shop I would refer all my friends to.

They replaced the oil pan in my car as well as replaced a tire & it only took a day and a half even when they didn’t think they could because they had to locate a part, they truly went above and beyond!
