Loved my experience with integrity auto repair! I trust them to be truthful and helpful. They aren’t just trying to take your money. Knowledgeable and professional. They texted a link with their findings on my vehicle and I was able to pay via phone and I found that very convenient. Fixed my issue. They have my business going forward.

I recently had a great experience with Integrity. I never write reviews but I was so satisfied that I felt the need to share my experience. I found them to be friendly, honest, and dedicated. This was very refreshing as that’s not always the case at some shops. Integrity was able to fix the problem with my jeep wrangler in a timely manner and good pricing. Thank you guys so much!

Pros-we were stranded because we broke down while out of town, they did a great job of getting us in quickly so we could get on the road to go home Cons-they diagnosed me with rod knock, which I do not have. Based on their advice that Hyundai would give me a new engine because I had rod knock I paid $1200 to get to the closest Hyundai service center with appointments available that week. When I arrived at Hyundai they let me know that the only issue was low oil, which can occasionally trigger the sensor. They changed the oil, there was no knock, and they sent us on our way. There is still absolutely an oil consumption issue, which we have been fighting for ages. But because Integrity Auto gave me incorrect information, I spent hundreds on their (incorrect) diagnosis just to turn around and spend over a THOUSAND dollars on a tow I didn’t need. I could’ve had an oil change in Georgia and driven home.

Called to request a simple brake bleed. I tried to be easy going but the guy on the other end of the phone was rude and the least bit helpful to find a solution to my problem. I wouldn’t waste my money with these people Replying: exactly, I did everything that I could complete by myself then when I reached a point that cannot be done by a single person I reached out to whom I thought would be a helping hand and you’ve proven me more than wrong.

Diagnostic was $160 even though they kept saying $145. Car was overheating, and went for diagnostic. Was told that they performed a HC test, (which I could have done for $20 from autozone) and that they didn’t check for any other issues such as water pump, thermostat, etc even though I wanted to know if these parts were working. With that said, The shop actually opened a claim with my warranty for a water pump, and didn’t tell me. They said they opened a claim to make sure it would have been covered, even though they didn’t diagnose any problem with the pump.i only found this out because I called my warranty company to ask about something else. The shop claimed I failed the HC test and a head gasket was blown and I needed a new engine. The reason I needed a new engine was that 1)they didn’t replace head gaskets because of previous experiences with other cars 2) they didn’t have the right tools. I then questioned the diagnostic, the symptoms and the potential remedies, questioned why a claim was opened when the part wasn’t even looked at, and was told “you seem to think you know more than us” This owner I’m sure will try to leave another smart alec comment like the rest of the 1-star reviews, so please tell me, what did I say that was incorrect? Sure, I’m upset with the diagnosis, and of course no one wants to spend thousands of $s, but it would’ve been helpful if you were more helpful to further explain my questions and concerns. Since you refused to answer my questions on the phone maybe you can respond to them now. 1) do you often OPEN claims with warranties prior to diagnosing the problem just to “check to see if it’s covered”? 2) why was no other part of the car diagnosed for the $160 besides this HC test which is $20 at autozone? 3) if you don’t have the right tools for a job, shouldn’t a business have the responsibility of getting the tools to do a common repair? 4) why when I was questioning the results of the test and other symptoms of the car, you told me basically that I was bothering you and you couldn’t be bothered with my questions, and you refused to answer my questions because I only was paying $145? 5) what do you do with engines that are replaced? Do you fix and resell them? 6) do you refuse to do all head gasket repairs, due to your prior experiences, and only suggest replacing engines. 7) why did you say diagnostic charge is $145 and charge me $160? If you read through this thanks for taking your time, and all I expect from integrity is to try to answer my questions. Thanks.

I had some work done a little over 1 year ago. My headlights wouldn't work due to bad wiring. They were honest, transparent, and affordable. I got a whole new lighting kit and new wiring done. Service was fast too.

Great experience, ended up being a little cheaper than the estimated. They text you a detailed report on your car with pictures prioritizing maintenance so you can budget for it. No pressure, which I appreciated as a woman.

As a biz owner I should prob do better about leaving reviews for other businesses that are pursuing high quality services. Its easy to lewcr reviews when im upset. My family has been taking our cars to Integrity on waters for 5 or 6 years now. Certain things we have to go to the Audi dealership but for some things we go to Integrity. They have a euro tech that is knowledgeable and always communicate along the process. A few times we have just taken our cars for advice and received very balanced feedback. If your looking for a good spot this is one of my top recommendations. My only complaint would be that you cant get in last minute , but that is because they are always booked and in high demand. 1st world problems I know. Haha

My husband and I have been bringing our cars to Integrity for years, and we can’t recommend them enough. It’s rare to find an auto shop that is not only skilled and reliable but also truly honest. Integrity lives up to its name — they never try to upsell or push unnecessary work, and we’ve always felt confident in their recommendations. Thank you, Integrity, for consistently providing trustworthy service we can count on!

I would never bring my car to anyone else! As a woman, auto shops can be…tricky. The guys at Integrity have always made me feel comfortable and make any process as easy as possible! Best auto shop in Savannah.

Very uncool to take honest reviews and call your customers liars and insane…. (Every bad one on here you have to attack.) The engine is perfectly fine, no blown head gasket, just a bad radiator—it’s runnin’ like new. But you feel the need to attack honest people. We don’t have time to lie. Do better.

I drive a fairly uncommon car. It's older, European, and has a manual transmission. Because of its construction ( a short bonnet), it's not easy to get to the parts, pipes, hoses, and wires that need to be fixed or replaced. So repairs can take a long time and be costly. Integrity manages to get the replacement parts in quickly. It has a mechanic who loves the challenge of getting under my car's hood. He gets the fixing done fully the first time - no need to return because a hose or wire wasn't attached ( which has happened at other places.) The repair prices are reasonable too.

Best shop in town hands down, fair prices and no bs. Would recommend these guys over almost any shop in town. Sometimes there's a wait but that's expected and very respectable people to deal with

Owners were friendly, professional, and honest when it came to the repairs on our 2014 ford focus. I really appreciated that they respected our budget and prioritized the needed versus suggested repairs to work within my abilities. You don’t find that every day. Repair done quickly and drop off and pick up were simple even after hours. Definitely recommend!

UPDATE: My engine is not blown, the car is working perfectly, and my husband is not insane, although the owner did call him and asked him to “talk to” me about my review. Very unfair treatment from a business to ask us to take down our one star reviews after telling us our car needed a new engine when what it actually needed was a new radiator. Radiator:$1,000 Engine:$8,000. You do the math. Original review: Don’t let this place diagnose an engine problem, because chances are they’re going to tell you that you need a whole new engine. They may say you have a bad head gasket and that’s why you need a new engine. When you ask why the head gasket can’t just be replaced, they’re going to say that they won’t know how much damage has been done to the engine until they’re already thousands of $ in and then you may still need a new engine, so they are just trying to save you money. They’ll also say you’re welcome to go somewhere else for a second opinion, and maybe you decide that’s a good idea. It’s highly likely at this point that a second opinion was the best thing you could have done because $400 later and your car is fixed, well plus the $160 Integrity charged you to misdiagnose your engine problem. I’d go elsewhere if I were you. There was actually nothing wrong with the head gasket. It was the radiator which was covered by our warranty. Also, they really don’t like it when you leave a bad review. I’m sorry, but going somewhere else saved my family $7,000 - $8,000. That’s kind of a big deal and it’s well within my constitutional rights to share my experience with my neighbors.

I recently took my 2009 Jeep in for major repairs and I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. I had over 5 years of deferred maintenance and almost expected a scolding but the staff were more than helpful and understanding. Due to the extent of the needed repairs the total ended up being more than my initial budget but they guided me through financing and really made me feel that they cared, more than anything else, that I was driving a safe vehicle. Additionally, the repairs– extensive as they were– were done *quickly*. I dropped my car off at 8am Tuesday morning and was driving her home Friday afternoon. I learned about them through word-of-mouth and am more than happy to pass that word on. Thank you Integrity!
