★☆☆☆☆ I paid $100 to get my left and right front brakes fixed. As soon as left I started hearing noises upon pulling up to my home. A loud sound 3 different occations when stopping, followed by rattling and squeaking sound just on the right side. I assumed this guy was owner or manager. Everyone else seemed to atleast acknowledged something wasn't right. I could tell he already was going to say there was nothing to be done. His demeaner was quite different. I was told breaks wouldn't do that. I purchased brand new brakes so I assumed that much. I let them know maybe something happened during installation, he goes to say there are a lot of parts under there that could make the sounds and to take it to a mechanic. He even told another employee I drove over a bump which I never even said, that let me know right there no accountability was going to be taken. I understand that something could of happened to my car but unpon immediately leaving there, come on now. I know customers will lie to get away with stuff but that was not the case for me. I have worked in management for 10+ years. We all know how our cars drive after a while, my car never had a sign of something going wrong until I left. I get mistakes can happen, so I wasn't even upset with the guy that did them. He looked remorseful. So, sir if you read this I have no animosity, but to just act as if there was no way they could of made a mistake was very unpleasant. Everything he replied just sound like a deflection. I don't know much about cars, and I'm 4 months pregnant. My blood pressure is already an issue. So I just left. They also didn't give me a receipt for my services. If you go there you are taking a risk.
