*This review has been revised after they took the car back* No matter what they fix, a new problem arises when I pick it up. I took my car here to fix my AC and replace a door pin in the driver side door. I told them $1,500 was my limit because I'm a student. They said that would work and I'd have the car at the end of the week. It took way longer than a week for them to complete the job. The first week, they did some work and never checked that the second part they needed had to be shipped. They charged me over $1,400 for the first week of work. Then I had to wait 2 weeks for them to do the rest where they charged me another near $500. They told me to pick up on a Saturday, when I arrived, thet informed me that my car was accidentally locked in a building they had no access to. As an apology I was given a 20% discount coupon for my next visit after that had previously already given me 30 identical cards to pass out to friends. Also, the door pin that I had originally asked about... Turns out they weren't able to fix that because they're not certified for body work. They waited 2 weeks to tell me that. Upon finally receiving the car, there were chip crumbs on the floor and under the seats. I don't eat chips. There were also black marks and grease stains all over my interior including clothes and blankets folded in the back. I had to spend 40 minutes in their driveway cleaning before I could leave. Upon driving out of their driveway. The AC still didn't work. They assured me when I picked it up that everything was working and tested. So far I'd spent over $1,900 for the work just to still have a broken AC. After days of going back and forth and posting this review, I finally got a response. In the meantime, a coolant line went bad which they thought might be the cause of the AC compressor not working. They tell me that as an apology for my trouble, I'll receive a discount and free detail. They say they'll fix the coolant line and if the car works fine I can pick up. Or if it does need an AC compressor they will call me to confirm. I then don't hear from them for another week and nobody confirms with me whether or not an AC compressor was actually needed. They did the new compressor anyway without confirming with me. In terms of the detail, they said they would do exterior and interior yet there's still dirt all over the carpets and weather stains on the exterior from the last rainstorm so clearly they didn't actually detail it at all. Also, now that I have picked up the vehicle it makes a loud obnoxious vibrating sound from the rear right tire and I have no idea why. Regardless, I'm glad that my AC finally works. I am happy to be back on the road and grateful that they made some sort of attempt to make things right.

Even though they couldn’t work on my car due to my warranty company. They sure did fight with them and tried everything in their power to make it work. Miguel was great! Every time I called, he knew exactly who I was before I even said my name. That’s some great customer service. He also tried figuring out every way to get me a new engine. Even though it didn’t work out, I would bring my car back in a heartbeat to them!

Such a good first experience - got me in quickly and answered any questions I had. Fast turnaround on my service, even with having to get parts in. They communicate well and even send itemized estimates and let you know when your vehicle is done via text message. Guys up front are great and even helped me out of the parking lot I got stuck in (oops). Will definitely go to them for all future needs!
