I was on a road trip from Massachusetts to Florida. My battery was on its last legs so I limped into town. A new battery and oil change and all was great again. Very reasonable prices and super friendly and helpful. Also you can get a tropical smoothie next door and drink it while the car is being fixed. Thanks so much great job.

The worst experience I've ever had at a Jiffy lube, I got there 5 minutes till 2 pm, and the guy said it was going to take 20 to 30 minutes, well, I didn't leave until 5 minutes to 4 pm. It was 85 degrees in there, and they had no water, I was so thirsty and sweat running down my face, and to make it worse, after I payed the bill, this guy comes with a survey, and puts me on the spot asking me to point my camera to the QR code, and he, himself clicked on the 5 stars, and submitted it. I'll never go back to that place, and I hope you'll never got either.
