I had my car for a total of 6 days when I was rear ended It’s smashed my trunk in and bent the heck out of my quarter panel!! But to look at my car now you’d never think it had even been in an accident. They did an outstanding job on my vehicle.. And Ms Debbie always kept me in the loop with what was going on with my vehicle!! So glad I took it there instead of joe hudsons!! Thanks for all y’all’s hard work on my car

I have had Wally's complete two paint projects for me and the results were 100% perfect. Both were small jobs for my motorcycle but he and Debby spent over an hour with me as if I was having a complete car repainted. Wally was focused on the details and gave great advise as well. Had made an appointment to bring my Mercedes to Wally‘s collision center to repair rear bumper of my Mercedes. In the meantime, I fractured my kneecap and could not make this appointment. Wally did a “pick up” of my car and took it to his shop to make these repairs. This is over and above expectations for an automobile body shop to do. Such excellent service! Will let you know how repairs go.

Let me say! The folks at Wally’s are TOP TIER! I had my truck go in for some pretty decent damage. Like DAMAGE DAMAGE! That wasn’t a problem for Wally’s. They went above and beyond helping me and also really being some folks that helped me deal with difficult times. They had promised me to get me truck before New Years and they delivered. If you have any choice to pick a place to go to then you should go here. If something happens (hopefully it doesnt) then I’m going back there! If anyone at Wally’s reads this I was the guy with the red interior. I love y’all. SHOUTOUT LUIS (I hope I spelled your name right) and MS DEBBIE AT THE FRONT DESK! If y’all have em taking care of you then you’re in good hands. Also I got my truck back fully detailed. That was the chefs kiss on top

My son took his car to this place in December and just got his car back 2 days ago. So your telling me it takes almost 4 months to fix a car?! We had to keep calling to see what was going on they and always had a shady excuse. Waiting on parts.. waiting on mechanic, etc.. and they even put the wrong gas in his car and the car would not start so they had to take it to the dealer which cost us $1000 more. They charged the deductible plus towing fees to get the car to the dealer when it was there own fault the car wouldn’t start. On top of paying a car note for a car that we didn’t have because this shop is so unprofessional. Worst experience ever!

Wally and Deb are amazing! This is the only place that would take my car for the 12 years that I lived in Savannah. The work is fantastic and the prices are awesome! They would always try their best to accommodate my needs. Not only is the workmanship top notch, the customer service is phenomenal. Always a sense of humor! This company is NOT a scam. They are the most generous and family oriented business I know. I was so nervous when getting my first car on my own and the literally made sure I knew everything thing I need to know before purchasing. Not to mention they have remained my car plenty of times and you could not even tell looking at my car right now. The are the only ones I let fix on my car. I do not trust everyone but this business has to be the best..... the customer is superb and amazing. They give the truth and don't try to get over on me. I would recommend this company for any repairs and painting. They are amazing. You won't regret it.

The team at Wally's is amazing. My vehicle was in an accident (sideswiped when someone tried merging into my lane who somehow didn't realize it was already occupied by me), and Wally's had come highly recommended. They got me scheduled for the repairs quickly, and were highly communicative during the repair process. They arranged and took care of all the coordinating of my rental. And when I went to pick my vehicle up today, found they'd wiped down the inside (no dust on the dashboard!!), and put in some gas, as I was probably on fumes when I dropped it off, so that I wouldn't have to fill up immediately upon pickup. Plus, the car looks GREAT. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to go back and will definitely recommend to anyone who asks where to get body work done! Thanks Wally's for the GREAT work.

Wally’s did a wonderful job on my car. They are the upmost professional and treated me very well, almost like family! I am forever grateful that I chose/found them to fix my car. They are efficient and make sure they do a great job and right the first time! They are thorough and leave nothing undone, etc. If I were you, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If I need them again, I will always return to them ;)

My neighbor backed into my car and dented the fender. No major damage but the fender needed to be replaced. Wally's did the work. nicely painted BUT reinstalling the fender scratched the door paint and someone wiped the headlight with some chemical and caused me to have the headlight buffed out again. Several days later I looked into my center console and found out that somebody at the shop had STOLEN about $ 10.00 worth of change out of the console. Can't trust anybody these days! My fault, I should have cleaned it out before dropping off the car. I don't suggest going to Wally's because of the first two items - paint damage on door and damaged headlight assembly that I had to have buffed out. Having a thief working for you doesn't make anyone feel secure.

I had an amazing experience with Wally's! My car was hit during the snow storm and they got me in right away. I was kept updated through the entire process. Though this shop wasn't on my insurance's list, they came highly recommended. They worked great with the insurance company and there were no issues at all! I got my car back and it looks brand new! I highly recommend this shop and will come back with any future needs.

Wally's Collision Center was recommended by two people I know in the automotive business. The customer service is great; Ms. Michelle is very kind. I was very pleased with the adjuster Eddie and parts tech Zach. They were very kind and caring as well as professional. I has the opportunity to meet and talk with the owner's wife (very nice person). They communicated everything to me on detail and kept me updated and met the deadline for completing the repairs on my vehicle. I will certainly make recommendations to others. The mechanics are very good. The detailing after repairs was good as well. I am certainly a pleased customer. I love the fact that they are a full service center. AMAZING JOB!

The mechanics were great, did an awesome job on my car, and if it was possible to leave a 5-star review for them but a zero for the business owner, that's what I would do. I was in this establishment on Monday, Feb 16th to get my car looked at, when I witnessed a verbal altercation between one of the business owners and a customer, who was black. Regardless of the situation, when the customer stepped outside with the police officer she called to the business, the owner made the mistake of thinking she was in the company of a like-minded white person. You were not, but I did make a note of all the racial disparaging comments you made to your receptionist. Firstly, you decided to comment how "those people," and you when you noticed I was sitting there you quickly followed that up with "you know, people who don't know how long it takes to calibrate a car" and continued on. You then took it a step further when you said you wanted to "rip the braids out her hair," and "she probably only wants her car back so she can go get her nails did". You made comments about her child, and then finally you commented "if her husband is an executive producer, maybe he should have bought her a nicer car". Needless to say the only reason I came back the next morning was because your shop was the only one who answered the phone for me on Monday and you offered to give me a discounted price. I figured I could squeeze something out of you. I won't be coming back because people like you shouldn't run businesses. Have the life you deserve.
