Critz is the best place to buy a BMW. The client advisor, Jesse and the general sales manager, Mark were so helpful to me in a stressful situation. They were able to get me my dream car at a price that was in the ballpark. They worked together as a team and I was relieved that my issues were handled flawlessly. I absolutely love the car. It's the best car I have ever owned. Jesse is a great guy--I have bought other BMWs with him-- and he knows a lot about these cars. Nobody runs after you in the lot, nobody pressures you, nobody tries to sell you what you don't want. BMWs sell themselves. The car that I bought, I didn't even know was there. Jesse knew exactly what I wanted and we test drove the car. These client advisors are the kindest, non-pushy, no hassle guys I've ever worked with when buying a car. All of them really helped me out when I needed it.

First off, thanks to Jill, my salesperson for being kind and professional. I have read some blogs posted, and I do tend to agree with certain commentaries. Let me say this, respectfully, you have a nice building, however if I am a guest or customer I want to feel invited. And that takes the people who occupy the building. In short, I had three people I encountered closely pretend that I wasn't there. Perhaps they had an exaggerated sense of self worth because they work for BMW? Well, these people have a lot to learn yet when it comes to promoting any brand. However, I did experience a greeting from an employee from both maintenance, and servicing departments. Nevertheless, I had a pleasant experience. Again, thanks Jill in assisting me in purchasing this very beautiful automobile.

I originally went in there to get the ac fixed in my old R class Mercedes, and the prompt and courteous staff was amazing. Jack Todd answered all my questions and set us up with a loaner car for the weekend while our car got fixed. Then I decided to ask a couple questions about getting a new car and Sandy Pearle was fantastic and worked with me to find the right fit for my family! I ended up trading in my old Mercedes and got a beautiful 2017 GLC 300. Highly recommend this company, the Mercedes staff is fantastic!!

Best place to purchase a BMW! Iggy Soto, Jill Schultz, and Gilbert are a great team. I purchased a lightly used 2017 330i drive sport wagon for work use and could not be happier with the overall experience. I don’t think I would want to buy a vehicle from anywhere else now! Great staff, excellent quality vehicles, and even the service department goes above and beyond for the customer. When I brought in my X5M for repairs the service advisor actually called to let me know that they had over estimated my repair cost and since the techs didn’t need as much time to complete the repairs he reduced my bill ! I was shocked because I have never had a service department call back and say that the price would actually be LESS than quoted! It’s usually the other way around. Best dealership in SAVANNAH GA by a country mile

It can be difficult to buy a car online...but Tim Lawrence at Critz in Savannah made it an easy and delightful event. Tim was extremely professional, helpful and accommodating. He understood the difficulty with my purchase and did everything he could to make the transaction move smoothly. I had to drive 200 miles to view and purchase the vehicle and Tim respected my time and efforts. I truly appreciate his helpfulness and professionalism. My husband and I were searching for the perfect vehicle that fit all of my expectations, I had a few deal breakers and we visited 6 different dealerships and could not only find the right car, but also the right person to trust with this major purchase of mine. If I could give negative stars I would. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can give. Horrible customer service and communication skills. Was going to buy an F150 from them but the sales people and management were oblivious and promised a truck to me as well as another customer. Poorly managed situation and honestly insane that an establishment of that caliber can’t figure out how to communicate preemptively that a truck is sold to another customer… Big miss on managements end.

I bought a 2020 Rav4 on June 20th over phone to be delivered to SC. Aaron the sales guy was good at first until I found standing water in the trunk where the spare tire is kept. Obviously Critz did not notice this before the purchase. I spoke to Aaron multiple times about the repair, and if they were going to cover the cost. I took it to a Toyota dealer who said that it was due to poor roof rail seals, and has been an ongoing problem with Rav4. I had the $632 repair done and paid for it due to we get many thunderstorms here. Aaron has promised me that the manager was looking into it, to see it Critz will cover the cost, but it has been weeks and now he wouldn't respond to me at all. I manged to get in touch with 3 other people at Critz who said they will pass the message to have the manger call me. More weeks has passed and not one person will even acknowledge me. The customer experience has been harendous and I even told a few people there that all I want is a decision. If they can't cover the repair, then the least they could do is tell me but now that they have the money I am a nobody to them. Weather you purchase sight unseen or inperson the customer should be respected, it's just a call or text or email. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

All along I was paying $99 for a diagnosis on my car when I drop it off for servicing and pick up my loaner car. Now, apparently it’s $200 for a loaner then they refund it to you when you upon return of the loaner but then turn around and charge $200 for the diagnostic. I felt like that was so backwards because why not just keep the $200 if you were just going to take it again……then after I complained I was given $99 off. So is everyone being charged $200 for a diagnostic on their car?? I guess the jump in price is what really surprised me because my car is paid off and I rarely have to pay a visit to Critz. Why am I paying $200 for a loaner now when it use to be free. Not only was it free, it use to be cleaned out after the last person that used it. I don’t mind paying but if I’m going to pay at least have the decency to clean the car out from the last person that used it. It was given to me dirty and the person that gave it to me knew it was dirty. If the prices are going to go up, step the service up is all I’m saying!

My car salesman was Phillip Ellison and my transaction or buying experience was from three states over. Phillip made the car buying experience pleasant and the complete transaction smooth. Phillip was extremely professional and kept me informed through the whole buying process. From preparing the sales contract, picking me up at the airport to explaining the ins and outs of my slightly used 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I believe that I might have spent only an hour at the dealership from receiving to my departure. The true test was of the caring and customer service he displayed even though the vehicle I purchased wasn't even the brands they normally sell but, it didn't stop him from making me feel special. I just relocated to Savannah from Minnesota and needed to purchase a car. My salesperson, Aaron Smith, was so wonderful, I didn't even look at another dealership. This was my first "new" car purchase (in a completely new city!) and it was a stressful situation for me. Aaron asked questions that helped me decide what was best for me and showed me all the available options and price ranges. Aaron really worked for me to help buy my **very new** pre-owned Buick! It was the first car I was interested in since moving to Georgia and I should've just went to Critz weeks ago! Caution!!!!! Stay away from the used cars!!!! Found a Black Cadillac xt6 made offer but they turned it down. No problem. They had advertised it for 28,900 or a few bucks more or less. Next day I offered 30,000 out door. Had to wait to get it approved but they turned down the offer and went up 1,000 dollars because they were getting interest in the car that had been on their lot for 50 days. Had to beg them for an out the door price. New out the door price. $32,893

Hey everyone I’m from Charleston S.C. and had spent over a month trying to buy a truck for my business. I had dealers within a hundred miles of me A: overcharging on a second hand vehicle B:make me jump through extraordinary hoops financially. Crazy. I called Critz on a Monday . Aaron Smith got the ball rolling with Managers Wes and Paul. Tuesday Quinton Smith wrapped up the deal and I assumed that paperwork was going to be overnighted to me and go get the truck……..I was shocked when they drove the truck from Savannah to Charleston with the paperwork on Wensday afternoon. Booya I now own a beautiful truck that I can drive . Thank you guys for all your efforts
