I've taken both Volkswagens and Audis to them for years and they're awesome! Straight forward and honest. Crumley has saved me thousands over the years and kept my vehicles running great.

Crumley's is the missing ingredient to making Porsche ownership a reality. You need a place that can give you expert service, that you can trust, for a fair price. We just had our new to us 911 checked out at Crumley's. A few thankfully minor issues were corrected. I feel good about my car, and am happy to know I have Crumley's to help me care for it.

These guys are the real deal!! They have a passion for vehicles, specially Porsches and extremely knowledgeable. They are honest, no oversells or misleading information to try and charge more money. Definitely trust worthy, everything and more one will expect from a local business. They do it right!!!! Thank you Guys

Brought my 2011 Porche Cayenne for simple replacing brakes and front suspension replace. I asked if they could work on Porche’s and they assured me not to worry as they work on a lot of Audi and Mercedes (don’t know how that means you work well on Porche, but I have them the benefit of the doubt). Didn’t have my car for THREE WEEKS. Don’t get me wrong, the brakes were replaced fine, but a simple suspension fix left my car worse off than what it was when I brought it. Ended up having to pay $4,000 for the issue never being resolved and sending me to spend more money somewhere else to fix their mistakes. THEY CAN NOT WORK ON PORCHE. They should not be advertising this.

The absolute best! Newly moved to the area and was told by many that Jim Crumley and crew were THE place to service and repair my eleven year old BMW. My (very complicated) convertible top was not functioning at 100%, and I was uncertain if it could be repaired, and just how much this could cost. I was called a few hours after I left it - it was done. The correction was lubricating some cables in the mechanism, no pricey replacement parts required. Jim Crumley did not, and would not, charge me, even after I insisted. It is so rare to find this combination of skill, integrity, and generosity.

What a great place .. The VW dealership basically dropped the ball on us ..they were supposed to order a part and we never heard back from them . The mechanic here figured out how to fix the problem without ordering the part . Outstanding

Great business and services!!! I would’ve given 5 stars but Mrs. Crumley herself is very very verrrrry rude. She has horrible customer service. They mistakenly did an oil change on my car and gave me a $200 invoice when all I requested was the engine cover under my car that was hanging be put up and to reset my system because it was saying oil change due but I specifically told them I just got an oil change and it was not time. The last people just forgot to reset the computer. So now, she has suspended my vehicle from coming back. She also was upset that although they took the oil change off, I refused to pay $70.00 for the small piece of engine cover that was dragging on the floor that they fixed. Again, Greatly appreciated, but $70.00 to put up a flab is ridiculous!!! Of course I want to pay for the labor of the flab, but the way she spoke to me and her unmitigated goll behavior was VERY nasty. She does not respect her customers. I will ONLY be back whenever Mr. Crumley comes back and I recommend you all do the same. If you do chose their services, ask for Ceaser!!! Really respected guy

They are professional, thorough and courteous. The prices are a bit higher than your average shop but the quality of work is far above average. But if you drive a car that most shops know nothing about, then you will be satisfied. Said what they would do and did what they said.

TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY SINGLE, HARDWORKING MOTHER - They caught my mother’s car ON FIRE, didn’t tell her about it, and let her drive off the lot not knowing about any of the damage. She started having car problems & took it to a reputable dealership & they found the damage. This is absolutely despicable and dishonest. They did not care about my mother driving around in a damaged car for over a month, which put her life in danger. Customers and potential customers BEWARE - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. DESPICABLE.

I couldn't be more thankful for Andrew at Crumley Auto. My car battery was dead when I left work which is right next door to Crumley Auto. We went to ask if we could borrow a pair of jackercables since they were an auto shop. Andrew personally came out to check the battery, jumped the car so we could get moving again & gave us suggestions on what to do next. It's so great to know that our "neighbors" are there for us! Thanks again for saving the day! 🦸♂️✨️

Beware: this is new ownership and not the Crumley Auto long term customers think they're going to. I've been a customer there for years and they had some amazing guys that really knew Vintage VWs. I haven't been in a couple years because I've been doing the work myself, but have been busy lately so thought I'd take it in for routine service, and I always liked how good they were on the timing. Sadly all the guys from the back are now gone and a new owner recently took over. They actually have moved next door as well so it was all a little disorienting. I should have been suspicious when they couldn't answer some of my questions about what I wanted them to check. In the end, I asked them to do an oil change, adjust my timing, and adjust the brakes (I have a 65 so they're not self adjusting). They called me half way through to ask me what I meant on the brakes and I explained how older models are adjusted. And then when I came to pick up the car they charged me $370. For an oil change, timing adjustment, and brake adjustment. Easily double what they would have charged before. If I'm trying to be kind, maybe the new mechanics aren't as familiar with vintage cars so it took them over two hours to do this 45 minutes worth of work. But regardless, it's a ripoff, especially if you know how they used to operate.

I had just moved to Savannah when my BMW (2014) engine light came on and said not to operate the car. I didn't have a mechanic shop and didn't know where to have it towed. Another BMW owner stopped and told me to take it to Crumly's. When the tow truck came and I said take it to Crumly's, the driver said good choice. Andrew was kind and explained in detail what the problem was and made the repair. They're knowledgeable, and professional. So very glad I have a shop I trust to take care of my car. They are wonderful.

New here so didn’t know where to take my Porsche and was referred to crumley. Got an appointment quickly and they got her fixed up in no time! I brought my own part as well, which I wasn’t sure they would accept, but was happy to hear they do as long as they verify that it is the right one. Very fair pricing. Super happy about my experience here and will be bringing my car back!! 😊

Be aware this place is under new ownership...I've been having my cars service here for over 15 years and Mr. Crumley was the best and I never had a issue. The past few cars I have taken there came back to me in worse condition than before ...and the new owner Andrew is always coming up with excuses on what could have happened...he is inconsiderate and could care less about his customers...he called my husband to pick up his car saying it was ready and when he got around the corner the car shut off on him....instead of him sending someone to tow the car back to the shop he told my husband it was alright to drive it back to the shop ..so h did ...he called my husband the next day and had the nerve to tell my husband the car had a blown head gasket....well it didn't have a blown head gasket when we originally dropped it off to him..I had a second car to go there for repairs and now I have to take it back for the same issue...BEWARE OF THIS GUY.
