Came here for a transmission leak and their price to fix was higher than other places but I still decided on this place. Went to leave and the guy said the fix may not hold and I may need a new transmission and kept trying to get me to get it done there so when I got home turns out it was still leaking so I ended up going to a place that was a few blocks away to fix just the leak and it hasn't leaked since and didn't need new transmission

If your vehicle breaks down, please push, drag, pull, or have it towed somewhere else! Long story short, they've had it since 9/14 for one thing. The part was delayed due to Covid. After several hours they discovered it was faulty so they had to order another part, fixed that but then fixed something else without consulting me first. Now I have a separate key to start it, I can't control the heat/air, and $200 more than what I was quoted 😡🤬😡. The new mechanic somewhere asked me "did they tell you why they unhooked all those things". I looked at him like "I'm more confused than you." Obviously they didn't know what the hell they were doing! If my daddy Mose Greer was alive, he would have figured out how to fix it in no time! #Ishouldhavegonetoschool2bamechanic!

Don’t trust this place! Took over 4 visits to try to fix dashboard and taillight issues, first said fuse, then fuse box, then her air quit working, then found wires fried in dash and needed more money! Took to different mechanic and said shotty work, couldn’t believe car didn’t start on fire and air nor lights fixed, we ended up salvaging car! Unprofessional, took over month and charged us for car not fixed! Run away from this place!

I called to have my fuel pump and starter checked. Got it towed there and was told there would be no charge to look at my car then they tried telling me that it would cost me $960+ tax to get a new fuel pump put in. Called around and found out that was $300-400 more than any other place in town. So I went back to meet the tow company it says online they open at 8am however the doors were locked, but there was a few guys out back so I asked for my keys he came back with a $120 bill for a engine diagnosis. After he told me 3 times there would be no reason to do this. I told the guy I was told there would be no charge and there was no reason I needed that done and he shut the door in my face and locked it. So unprofessional and rude come Monday I will be contacting the owner and the BBB.

Do not bring your vehicle here The only reason I ended up paying was they already had everything apart and almost put back together before they told me the new total 1) gave me a quote of $250 over the phone and then confirmed it in person. The grand total I ended up paying was a $483 2)Would not wave the $100 diagnostic fee because “the machine to check the car is $10,000” I’ve never had an auto shop tell me this. Anytime I have take one of my vehicles in they wave the fee if you have the work done this includes dealerships. Don’t waste your time or money

I just had my Dodge fixed there and by fixed I mean had the engine replaced due to my own fault. That looked at it the first day took it apart the next day. Called me in to look at the problem and advised me on what to do have me the options and let me pick. Had a new motor delivers and installed 4 working days later. Jason was super helpful.

Had my power steering pump replaced and also burnt out headlight repaired. They told me it would be around three hours to get it done. That's what it was too! I took it in at noon and had it back by 3! The cost was reasonable which was pretty close to they're quote. I will highly recommend Crossroads Auto Repair to friends!

Been trying to get my heat fixed for over 2 weeks. Called and thankfully they could get me in the same day. What really upset me was I was quoted around 250 and ended up paying 230 dollars more. They charged me a $100 dollar diagnostic fee and would not wave it even though I had the work down in the shop that same day. Got told 3 different times that my car would be finished soon and sat there for about hour and a half. Every hour I sat there the price went up and so did my anger. The employees are nice but the service is not all that great.

Jason and Steve were awesome when my engine broke down on the highway passing by and I limped my classic here after recommendations from another shop to come here. They showed everything on why. Had to bite the bullet and get a new motor. What I’m most dissatisfied with is, I had to keep bugging you for updates after you told me you would call me, and never did. And the price kept going up. After your price quote. C’mon guys. You have the experience to give accurate quotes and you can’t still to this day.
