They completed the State inspection in roughly the time they promised. It would be so nice, though, if they would accept appointments for service. I never know when I arrive there whether it will be a 2-hour wait, or a 6-hour wait. Sometimes I just have to try again another day. They also provided reasonably prompt oil and filter change service on my truck. They were friendly and even reminded me to apply my accumulated points to bring the cost down. So I’m rounding the stars up to five.

When informed that it could take up to two days to inspect and correct potential issues, Don proceeded to arrange for an Uber driver to take my wife home, at the dealership’s cost. Brought car in for recall items but issues were not covered by recall. Said diagnostic charge would be $209 but when I picked up car they had a $23 charge for misc added on. For what? Girl could not answer to my satisfaction so she just walked off to get my car. Obviously they won’t be fixing the car now.
