This place is awesome! They fixed my car in two weeks while other collision shops told me it would be a month before they could even schedule me for an appointment. The people who worked there were friendly and professional, and they communicated well with me by sending me regular updates while my car was being fixed.

Mainly foreign made expensive car service, but they person who spoke with me was caring knowledgeable. Since my SUV didnt fit the mainline service, I would use Relentless when I do purchase a Mercedes or BMW. Techs are trained diff so more labor pricing.

Recently, I had what I thought was a small fender bender in my 2021 Tesla Model Y, turns out I did 10K + damage. After speaking with my insurer and several repair shops I chose Relentless Collision in Cary. I worked with Jess and she helped me with interacting with my insurance company and their adjuster. She followed up with me regularly regarding the status of the repair and managed the process with the insurer.
