Shout out to Relentless Collision for work well done in a timely manner. My wife’s Outback was hit on the passenger side door by another driver backing out of her space at Publix (days before we were turning in the car at lease end) What looked like a “dent” easily repaired was a $5,000 repair! Referred by our Subaru dealer to Relentless (they are “Subaru certified”, and as well any number of other brands “certified” owing to extensive training) I went for an estimate. Within a half hour, I had a detailed item-by-item, screw-by-screw, panel-by-panel estimate for the other driver’s insurance carrier (State Farm, which is another sad story – although they accepted responsibility, it took over three weeks, by which time my carrier, Auto Owners, had cut a check for the repairs). Once authorized by Auto Owners, the repair process took less than three weeks (no supply chain problems). The designated contact person kept us informed by text and phone calls about both progress and possible delays, and was immediately responsive to my calls. Once completed, Relentless was amenable to keeping the car on their lot for pickup by the leasor’s’s carrier – all with a smile. I have only been a few minor fender dents so this was a “big one” and I hope not to be in another BUT if I am it is Relentless that will get my business without hesitation.

Recently got into a minor rear end Collison and took my car to relentless collision as tesla would not do collision work. Despite it being almost end of the day the manager was incredibly accommodating. She quickly assessed the damage and sent me 2 quotes the next day. One for paint buff and bumper repair and 2nd one in case they needed to repaint the bumper. She assured me they would do their best to buff the paint. Following day Rob contacted me with the results and I went ahead with just the buff. I should say the service was prompt, professional and definitely exceeded my expectations. They even cleaned my car inside out which is what I would say going above and beyond considering it was a minor repair. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and quality work. I took in my Tesla Model 3 into the Cary location (twice actually for two different issues) and both times had an absolutely remarkable experience!!! The first time was paint related where someone had backed into me in a parking lot, which ended up really doing a number on the bumper. I'm REALLY picky on how my car looks, so as you can imagine I was very bummed out and very skeptical on how the repair would turn out. Well, lemme tell you, my worries were entirely in vain, as Relentless knocked it out of the park with the repair!!! As a former used car salesman, I have an eye for picking apart vehicles and finding evidence of past collisions but their work was absolutely spotless and seamless! I was blown away with how great it turned out! The second time I went was because a rock had fallen off of a truck on the highway and cracked the back glass, which as I'm sure you know is NOT a cheap repair on a Tesla since the whole roof is glass. Well, yet again, Relentless Cary came to the rescue with perfectly fitting OEM glass in next to no time so I was back to looking sharp again right away! The service is incredible, the work is beautifully and masterfully executed, and the follow up after the repairs was professional, and not pushy or persistent. I would recommend Relentless Collision to friends and family 10/10 times! All body shops should strive to be half as good as they are!

I got into a mini accident where I was hit from behind and the bumper was detached . The person who hit my car had progressive insurance , I went into Tesla and they referred me to Rentless collision since they wouldn’t had been able to get my car in quickly . I was a bit iffy about not getting the repairs done through Tesla. But when they referred me to restless collision I worked with Tyler the entire time . The moment I walked in the entire team was very welcoming and made the process super easy and definitely looked out in many ways with giving me advice on working with insurance to get the repairs completed. His team work diligently on getting the repair done , they kept me updated the entire time . Tyler and his team are great and would refer anyone to there establishment to get Tesla work done . I was rear-ended on the highway, luckily with only minor visible damage. Concerned about potential internal issues, I took my Volvo to Relentless since they’re a certified Volvo collision center. Fortunately, there was no damage behind the bumper, but the rear bumper panels needed replacement. Since the new Volvo bumper panels didn’t arrive pre-painted, Relentless had to match the OEM paint themselves—and they did an outstanding job. My car came back looking even better than when I first bought it. Highly recommend their work!

Good people. They do all electric car wreck repairs in the triangle. They are the only one who have the software packages that body shops are required to purchase to properly do the work and have it certified. Apparently it’s expensive software to buy. Because they’re the only ones in the area who can do the work, they are also in a very unique position. It basically allows them to charge the insurance companies more. It’s basically a monopoly but good for them. Get it while you can. Now if your insurance company isn’t paying, you may not feel the same way about this review. I worked with Tyler and he was diligent and very helpful. He actually discovered a mislabeled part that the manufacturer didn’t catch. So he actually helped more than just me, he helped countless others in the future ! Good job Tyler and Relentless crew! It did take a Long time to get the car back. I feel this was more the fault of my insurance company and the other insurance company fighting. There were also delays due to the parts being shipped from overseas. (And the mis-labeled part that Tyler discovered for the distributor/manufacturer. ) RJ
