They sold me a defective car without notifying the defect…next day morning when I called them to notify defect they brought me to Infiniti service and they gave me bill for 4000 dollars for repair. Now the sales Manager Mike does not have a courtesy to even talk and resolve it. They misrepresented and made a malafide sale. I am Shocked to see the response of owner, 4 year 2020 old car he calling 7 years old and I wrote emails to fix my car to Manager Mike and his Boss Dean also called them few times but no response and the owner is saying team is working with me is a total misrepresentation. I should mention here that it is not a normal wear and tear it is a operational issue the rear seat is not opening, which is defect should have notified to me while selling.★☆☆☆☆ 2 weeks ago
