I am truly thankful!My car's front cushion fell off because I accidentally hit it, and they helped me fix the screws to restore my car to normal. I waited for about ten minutes without charging. Thank you! This is a great car repair shop.

Do not bring your business here! Worst customer service, I pulled in to get help and they wouldn't even help a women in need of a plug or a patch in my tire to get me home from work, turned me away. Told me they close in an hour so we can't help you. Stuck in parking lot for over an hour waiting for my husband to come all the way from Lillington! Best part is they all stood around drinking coffee, talking and watched me wait for my husband in the parking lot! Three people working on one car and not one could help me get home. What if this was one of their wives!!! Please don't support this location.

If you have an electric car run, you’ve been warned. This location is not experienced with electric vehicles. Do not let them waste your time. I made an appointment for alignment drove 1.5 hours only to be turned away by Geoff. Terrible customer service. They do not care for your time.

I scheduled an appointment, but the shop completely disregarded it. The front desk staff were rude and dismissive, asking “Why are you here?” instead of providing any help. When I asked how long the service would take, they argued about being short-staffed rather than giving a straight answer. I waited over two hours without updates, just to have a wheel alignment rechecked that they had done only days earlier after I purchased four new tires. Since then, my car has been pulling left, yet they showed no accountability or professionalism. This shop shows no respect for customers’ time or concerns. Very poor service and attitude.

Despite several staff members calling off that day, the service at the Cary location was impressively attentive. The associate who assisted me went out of their way to find someone available to perform a wheel alignment. However, the results were unsatisfactory—the adjustment left my steering wheel even more misaligned than before. Ultimately, I visited the Firestone branch on Glenwood Avenue in North Raleigh, where a full four-wheel alignment was performed correctly, resolving the issue to my satisfaction. While the Cary team demonstrated genuine enthusiasm and hospitality, their technical execution fell short of expectations.

I would not recommend this location at all. I pulled up to get a courtesy check on my tires at the Free Courtesy Check. 3 of their employees, (2) males & (1) female looked me in my eyes and said nothing! Not even, hello…I’ll be with you or anything! I remained there for exactly 5 min & watched them greet others. Poor customer service…I’m watching one puff his cigarette as I type. Unhealthy & unprofessional location.

Scheduled online appointment for 4 tires replacement on my Accord. First the website picked the wrong tire size although I gave the right car details. After waiting 4 hours at the appointment and no updates from staff, when asked I was told that they ordered a new tire as they didn't have it in stock and no ETA on completion. Took an Uber home and picked the carnext day. Terrible service. Rude staff. Never going back to Firestone.

*** DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE HIGH HOUSE RD LOCATION ***. *** SCAM YOU FOR MONEY *** I called to speak to someone about my tires since I was a previous customer. They had a record of the type of tires I needed and never bothered to tell me that they were out of stock and would need to order the tire. I went there the next day and only then found out from the very rude guy at the front desk, that they would not have the tire until 5:00 pm and it was only 10:00 am. The only option he presented to me was to wait in the waiting room for 8 hrs. After pulling additional information out of him, he then said they could have another tire but it would cost $80 more. ( he also forgot to mention the additional cost for the tax). So, I ended up pay about $90 more than I should have! I called to complain to management the next day and they never bothered to call me back. I called customer service twice now and crickets. Looks like they don't value their customers business too much. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

I'm writing as a long-time customer (5 years) who has always appreciated the reliability and service at this location. Recently, since Chris retired, I've noticed that this store has opened later than the posted hours. The last two (2) times that I've scheduled a 7 am appt on Friday, I've shown up and waited until 7:10 am for the location to open (as recently as today 1/9/26). The prior time, I stuck around until the manager opened the store, but I left today as I believe this type of behavior to be indicative of the overall service I can expect to receive. I struggle to continue to choose your business over others despite my past loyalty. I hope this is something that you believe to be equally important, as dependable opening hours make a big difference for customers planning their day.

They even had it ready for me the same day and waited for me to get there after getting off of work after closing time! The work seems to be fine, but they suggested 3 additional services I had not requested - change brake fluid, clean fuel injection system, and replace serpentine belt. Eleven months previously, they changed the brake fluid and performed the decarbonization only 5,614 miles ago. Either the car did not need these services or they did not perform the services well 5,614 miles ago. The car ran well during that time frame. I had asked only for an oil change and alignment. Had I not reviewed that earlier invoice/bill I would never have questioned the extra services they suggested. My car manufacture does not recommend these services nearly that frequently. They did give me a generous discount, but that does not excuse suggesting services that the car most likely did not need.
