I had an awful experience at this mechanic shop during an inspection. I took my car in for a routine check, and they claimed I needed a long list of repairs to pass, including things that seemed completely unnecessary. They tried to pressure me into paying for work I didn’t need, making it clear they were more interested in making money than providing honest service. God of poop
cheap work on my car, but they did not respect my reservation. Scheduled 2 pm, then recieved an email saying they bumped it to 4 pm, why schedule in the first place? had to do it 2 pm the next day.... but fine, it was decent work. Edit: dropped two stars after being ghosted by this location. I emailed the email provided and I tried reaching back to get a call and they never responded or called me anymore. Maybe I am too old for this but if I drop a car to a mechanic they supposed to take care of the car unless it is a specific engine job that they just can’t do but other then that they supposed to take care of it. Well they couldn’t unscrew one thing and they gave up Need old time mechanics over there you guys can be busy all the time. Service guy does not know anything simply clueless. I am giving one star rating due to the boy at the front desk who is simply trying to squeeze the customers with his attitude, as he is not ready to provide the services. Today morning I did called this Firestone branch, some nice guy picked up the call and provided me Firestone lifetime alignment details with coupon code, after discussing the overall package details, I took the 5 pm appointment for my car wheel alignment. But when I did arrived at 5 pm for wheel alignment appointment, this kid at front desk telling me that, I need to pay first 24$ for calibration as mine in 2015 car, and then need to pay for alignment to which may come Upto $200…I am telling him that I did already spoken and got the package details to pay, but this kid is not listening and all he want me to pay what he ever he wants…. Two days back I got nice service from this Firestone from a nice gentleman at front desk, but today this Firestone got one star with this kid, as he was sending other customers also home with his rude behavior….★☆☆☆☆ 3 months ago
