Great place to have your vehicle serviced. My first visit was for a blown-out tire that left me stranded on the side of the road. They were able to get me in right away and resolved the problem soon after. I have had my oil changed and tires rotated, and have had my brakes and rotors replaced there. I showed up at Atlantic Tire at 2:55 PM on a Saturday with a flat tire, a locked lugnut with no key that could be easily stripped in 5 min by them, my wife, and my baby. Despite being over an hour before their 4:00 PM closing time, they refused to help, claiming their technicians were "wrapping up for the day.” They refused to even take a few minutes to remove the lug nut so I could put on a spare and get my family home. Instead, they gave us the option of having our car fixed 2 days later on Monday or we could tow the car. Great people- we were left stranded in their parking lot waiting for an Uber I could put a car seat into and the tow truck. To add insult to injury, they watched us stand outside with our baby for over an hour while a thunderstorm rolled in. We had to move into their lobby to avoid getting soaked once it started pouring, and during this entire time, no one offered any assistance or even acknowledged our predicament. After all, they were busy, their technicians were wrapping up. The most absurd part? As I was finally leaving, after they watched my wife get into the tow truck to Discount Tire (who thankfully helped us despite showing up 5 min before their closing time), and they watched me with an infant in hand in their lobby while it thunder stormed saying nothing, they offered me an umbrella as I left! This experience was beyond unacceptable. Atlantic clearly prioritizes its own convenience over the safety and well-being of its customers. I will never return to Atlantic tire. You shouldn’t either. I had to update this review after they responded saying they reached out to get feedback bc they didn’t. I’ll update this if they ever do.★☆☆☆☆ 4 months ago
