Justin was our salesman and he did an absolutely phenomenal job helping us. He was kind, effective, efficient, and made every effort to match us with the right vehicle. Our experience here was like a breath of fresh air compared to many of the other dealers we spoke to. He was helpful, straightforward, and honest about features, availability, pricing - everything. Our circumstances changed after we had already spoken with Justin at length, and I'm genuinely sad that we had to steer our search in another direction. Don't hesitate to reach out to Justin for help finding or buying a vehicle - he won't lead you astray!

We recently purchased a car from Autopark Honda and overall had a great buying experience. I want to extend a special thanks to Alexander Lavrushin, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Alexander really took the time to understand our needs and worked hard to find the best solution for our family. His professionalism and dedication made the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. The only aspect that left us a bit frustrated was our interaction with the financial officer. We did not receive the APR that was initially promised, and this change was not communicated transparently—we only discovered it ourselves when reviewing the contract. Additionally, the financial officer strongly encouraged us to keep the loan and make payments for at least 6-9 months, saying it would be better for us, rather than paying it off early. From what I’ve read on different web resources (I may be missing some data), financial officers are incentivized when loans are not paid off quickly, and there are no penalties for buyers who pay off early, so the way this was presented felt a bit misleading. Despite this, our overall experience was very positive, thanks in large part to Alexander’s excellent service. I would recommend Autopark Honda, especially if you have the chance to work with Alexander, but I would advise future buyers to review all financial details carefully and ask questions during the finance process.

We had a great experience here working with Vinny- He stayed in touch with great communication throughout the process and helped us finalize a great deal. In addition to that he went out of his way to ensure we had any little details handled in a timely manner after our purchase. Vinny is very knowledgeable and down to earth- we went to a handful of other dealerships and realized very quickly that he stood out from anyone else that we talked to. He met us where we were and treated us with respect and kindness. I couldn’t recommend working with Vinny enough! He’s very good at what he does and he handles himself with great professionalism!

Excellent experience with Vinny Schmidt at Autopark Honda! I’m not a big dealership fan (and frankly preferred Carvana at the start), but he was low pressure, easy to talk to and provided fantastic customer service over the ~2wks we were looking for a car. We’re thrilled we went with Autopark and specifically we enjoyed working with Vinny. Great deal and great car!

Do not make assumptions when people ask for an invoice. Give me the options that are reasonable for my vehicle needs. Don't just offer default quotes. I have no issues with paying but I do expect to know details about what I am paying for without making me feel like you're assuming I have a financial issue. If I am paying for something especially a high ticket item, I expect details. Any person with financial literacy will ask for cost breakdowns. Also, since this was my 1st time - it would have been nice to actually meet my advisor. I typically have a good rapport with my advisors since I primarily use the dealership for all service needs. I had to "figure" out what to do when I walked in. The check out counter was super friendly and easy to work with. I just feel like my advisor should have at least greeted us and talked about my services especially after spending over $1000. Customer service goes a long way. It was a decent experience. My car was serviced before my appointment. I appreciate the support with the car service. I am new to the area and a single Mom. The support with the ride was helpful and much appreciated.

I was in the market for a new Passport Trailsport, so I contacted several dealers by email looking for information on certain vehicles that I found on their websites. Most of the dealers responded, and Auto Park Honda initially did as well, but they stopped responded after that initial email. I would contact them again asking for information so that I could compare it to other offers, but I would never receive any responses. I continued shopping, contacting this dealer, as well as other dealers, and narrowed my search. Since I wasn’t receiving any responses, I then decided to send a message directly to the General Manager. Nothing at all in return - crickets! I gave Auto Park Honda more than ample opportunity to respond with hopes of making a deal, but they clearly weren’t interested. I even did most of the work for them, I just wanted basic pricing information. But, they would apparently rather you just walk in and drop MSRP on a $50,000+ vehicle, which they would define that as “earning your business.” There are plenty of Honda dealers around, so take your money elsewhere. You work hard for your money, so don’t just throw it away to some business that clearly doesn’t care. Now, “if” they respond to this review, it will probably be something like “I apologize for your experience. We truly strive to work with our customers to make their experience a positive one. We value our customers, and we sincerely apologize for your experience.” That’s total garbage! By the way, I purchased a new Passport Trailsport from another dealer. They worked with me, communicated with me, and truly earned and appreciated my business. That’s something that Auto Park Honda clearly cares nothing about!

Had a very disappointing experience with this Honda service center. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive from the start. Three servicemen were unable to locate basic components of the vehicle, including how to open the hood or where the battery was located, which was surprising and concerning. I literally overheard them say “where do I put the red cable”. I had to show them how to open the hood to my 2023 pilot and locate the battery after they tried to remove the wrong piece. Without properly inspecting the car, before having me sign the paperwork, they immediately stated that they do not charge batteries and pushed straight to asking whether I wanted to replace it, before even looking at the vehicle or diagnosing the issue. Upon asking if they could take a look at it first, he deemed that it was definitely the battery and gave me a $415 replacement cost. There was no attempt to assess the problem or provide informed guidance. I took my car and left. Overall, the interaction felt extremely rushed, unhelpful, and lacking basic technical competence. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. Southpoint Honda is the only service center. I’ll stick to in the future. It’s also where I bought my car and had a wonderful experience.

Exceptional car buying experience from Mr. Kendric Faison! He worked with me for almost a month to help me find the perfect vehicle within my desired price, style and mileage range. I never felt pressured which is very important to me. I drove over an hour away to test drive and purchase my new vehicle. Thank you for the great service Kendric and team!

This is my fifth vehicle purchased from AutoPark Honda, and I am very happy with both my car and the service and support I received. Mina assisted me throughout the process and was extremely helpful and patient. He provided his contact information, helped me secure a great deal on my new car, met me at the dealership the next day for my trade-in, and followed up afterward to ensure I didn’t have any questions. I will continue to do business with and consider AutoPark Honda Cary in the future.

Had an awesome time purchasing our Honda Pilot here! Vinny was the best. Super friendly, helped us learn all about the Pilot, did not rush us at all, no pressure whatsoever. Vinny made sure every question was answered and that we were taken care of through our entire experience. Shawn was also phenomenal on the finance side. He really went the extra mile (pun intended) to make sure everything was taken care of. Loved our experience at this dealership! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Autopark Honda, specifically our sales consultant, Darian. His professionalism and kind demeanor stood out immediately. He was patient with all of our questions and stayed straightforward throughout the negotiation. Darian went above and beyond to advocate for us, acting like a 'bodyguard' to ensure we walked away with a great deal on the vehicle we wanted. He turned what is usually a stressful event into a positive and even funny experience. Of course the process takes a few hours but we came out of it happy and satisfied with our purchase! Thank you for helping me buy my first car Darian!

TLDR: Money grabbers who don't care about their customers. I bought my car in another state, but knew I had free oil changes that I wanted to use from Honda. I randomly chose Autopark Honda near me. I loved the ability to make an appointment online and the efficiency of the service department system (which I now see is at other Honda locations as well). My service advisor immediately tried to get additional services out of me (for my less than a year old car). He was not knowledgeable about the free oil change program for my year vehicle and I had to be forceful that he ask someone else for assistance, where he then learned that I was in fact correct. The waiting area was too small for the amount of services that were being handled and people waiting. The portal for additional issues was a great feature, however misused; when I indicated that I wanted more information on some items, I was never given more info. I assume it signals to your advisor to come talk to you based on conversations surrounding me (also, these conversations were clearly upselling unnecessary services to those around me as well), however mine never did. When I inquired when the vehicle was done, it was clear he knew he couldn't upsell me, so he didn't even try at that point. (To be clear, the extra services totaled more than $700!!) A quick search of Honda's recommendations at my mileage told me these things were unnecessary, and my own OCD eyeballs told me my wipers did not in fact need replaced (streaks and dirty windshields bother me). My second experience came more recently in the form of a phone call. I had a nail in my tire that needed repair, however I didn't have a lug-nut key, in fact, the dealer who sold it to me never told me or gave me the key (not Autopark). I called trying to figure out where I could buy one near me so I could get my tire fixed. Their best (and only) solution was that I bring the car in (at 6pm, 25 miles from where I was) so they could figure out which key it was and then SELL it to me. A little white lie bc I didn't want to do that, I told him I was stranded on the side of the road bc my tire blew and since Honda didn't give me a SPARE tire, and the roadside service didn't have a key that matched, I asked what he suggested. A tow. That was his answer. In fact, they offer towing services (for a price of course)....are you seeing a pattern yet? As my tire was able to be nursed, that was the end of that conversation. The next day, I took it to a **different** Honda dealer, said ONLY that I needed a lug-nut key, they quickly determined which one, and gave it to me for free AND added in a car wash. I switched my appointment the following week for my final free oil change from Autopark to the new dealership and had a fabulous appointment with them: fast, friendly, spoke to me like a human, informed of upcoming services without trying to add it at that moment...and surprise, surprise, NONE of the previously declined services (remember, that was +$700) were recommended.... Do better, Autopark.

Hello, I had a great experience working with CJ Tharrington at Honda Autopark. When I first visited, he took the time to thoroughly explain all the features and specifications of the Honda CR-V Hybrid. He answered every question I had and never made me feel rushed. His knowledge and patient approach helped me feel confident in my decision to purchase. Thanks to CJ's excellent service, I'm now a happy CR-V owner. Highly recommend asking for CJ Tharrington if you visit Honda Autopark!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Autopark Honda and had a great experience working with Alexey Loev. From the moment I met him, he was respectful, professional, and never pushy. He really listened to what I was looking for and understood my parameters, including my limited availability for scheduling test drives and the final sales appointment. He worked through several rounds of negotiation with me and was consistently fair, straightforward, and transparent. I always felt like he was working hard while still being honest about what was possible. I would absolutely work with Alexey again when buying another car. Overall, my experience with Autopark Honda as a dealership was positive as well. During my first visit, I spoke with a few other sales team members while browsing, and everyone was respectful and helpful. Mo in finance was also professional and easy to work with, and management was approachable.

I really enjoyed my experience at Autopark Honda. The process was very easy. This was my first time buying a car at a dealership and my salesperson Ray Brewer made sure I was informed and comfortable with every step of the process. Nick Black was my finance manager and gave me a clear breakdown of the warranty and various options to add on. I never felt pressured from start to finish. When I was ready to pick up my car, Sales Manager Maliek walked me to my car and offered to answer and last minute questions or concerns. Ray called me a few days later to follow up and ensure that I was happy and offered to answer any future questions. I love my car and am greatful to Autopark Honda for making the buying experience a pleasure.

Travis was my salesman and he SERVED!!! I didn't feel pressured or like I was an inconvenience by being on the lot. I arrived with a goal and he helped to deliver. While the experience felt like a long journey due to the time it took to complete the process, TRAVIS delivered on his sales and customer experience. A few days after purchase the key fob indicated low battery and he replaced it immediately. He even was able to get the owners manual from the previous owner. If you need a gently used or new vehicle this dealership should be considered.

Warning to consumers! READ IN FULL! I just spent $7,500 on an engine rebuild here. Steer clear from this dealership at all costs! Not only did the engine on my accord fail prematurely, but this dealer refused to explore options for a good faith repair due to recently being bought out by Holman, and being focused solely on commission. This dealer is greedy and will take you for all you’re worth. Had my head gasket, tensioner belt & pulley, fuel injectors and high pressure fuel pump replaced here. Mind you I’ve meticulously maintained this vehicle, and the repairs done are a direct result of Honda’s failed head design on the 2.0 & 1.5 accord, which they refuse to recall. Slits across each head cylinder cause the head to separate resulting in engine failure and strain on other components. That’s just the icing on the cake! My aftermarket wheels were not torqued to spec and the service advisor didn’t bother to ask me what my torque specs were. The technician cross threaded my wheels resulting in 4 of 5 lug nuts coming lose on the highway, thus causing my stud to break off. Service manager Todd refuses to repair his tech’s mistake! Unbelievable experience with these folks. If you know what’s good for you, take your business to another Honda dealer like south point or Leith on capital. 0/10 experience - RS

The team at Autopark Honda (Kaine Colon and Nick Black) truly took care of me from start to finish. I was able to choose the exact car I wanted and take it for a test drive with no pressure at all. The paperwork and loan process were completely seamless, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for me. I really appreciate their professionalism and genuine care—highly recommend! Kaine even called me to make sure everything was good. I am glad I chose to come to this dealership on Black Friday. I love my suv.
