First off, I went down the road to the Nissan dealership to sell my car and they were completely unprofessional and rude. My end goal was to end up in a Honda anyways so I went to Autopark Honda to give them a try. I was greeted by Mina who was awesome from the get go. Very personable and funny! I told him exactly what I was looking to do and he was very accommodating and made it happen. No BS or games. He was a straight shooter and worked with me. I got exactly what I wanted for my car and got an excellent deal on a brand new 2025 Accord Sport-L Hybrid. The financing process was also very pleasant. Oscar in financing was also amazing, very reasonable, and had a great personality! The whole experience from the moment I walked in the door was amazing, and I couldn’t be happier! I will definitely be coming back here for a second vehicle for the family. They have a customer for life!

My girl and I went here after she had been to the Nissan dealer up the street from them and the difference is night and day. The Nissan dealer was rude and unwilling to work with us on the things we needed in order to put a deal together. But thankfully they did that because we went here and the experience here was absolutely amazing Mina was a fantastic sales person and genuinely found exactly what we were looking for plus he worked with us to make the deal work. Happy to say we left yesterday with a brand new Honda accord hybrid. The finance manager was extremely efficient got us in and out. He got us a perfect warranty plan put together that didn’t break the bank. We will be doing all of our car shopping and service here from now on and I’d recommend everyone give them an opportunity to show you why you should do the same!

Visited Autopark Honda just to view the used car options on the lot but started working with Orlando P. and immediately stopped looking at other dealerships. Orlando was a phenomenal salesperson to work with and you should ask for him if you want someone knowledgeable, relaxed, and genuinely invested in you having a smooth car buying experience. Autopark has some great amenities for guests as well.

Tampered with my vehicle!!!!!! Sickening that they would take advantage of a young single female and put me in danger.
I have a 2022 civic. I have had zero issues with my car. I brought my vehicle in on 1/08/25 for a basic oil change, tire rotation, and tire balance. Immediately after leaving I noticed my car was dramatically pulling to the left. If I kept my steering wheel straight within a second I would have been driving into oncoming traffic. I have NEVER had the slightest alignment issue with this car. My MPG dropped from 29 to 19 within a day due to the excessive resistance.
I had the car put onto a lift and discovered that the front left tie rod was marked with a blue marker and turned half a rotation with the blue line facing down and a tightened locking bolt. That seemed odd… the right rod had no marking… why would the mechanic feel the need to mark my tie rod during a basic tire rotation that has nothing to do with these parts. We then turned the blue line to face directly up and my alignment was miraculously straight again.
They purposely tampered with my alignment to force me to pay for an alignment and new tires due to the uneven wear.

Went to talk about trading in my vehicle for a new Passport. Was pretty happy with our salesman and was a positive experience up to the point where we came back to do paperwork. Took 4+ hours that finalized at 10:30pm. Everything seemed ok until we realized the next day that whomever prepped the vehicle absolutely destroyed the paint job, plastics, headlights, and tail lights. They also left dry wax residue allover the vehicle. The vehicle looked fine when we saw it before signing and we unfortunately did not take enough time to examine vehicle before driving off the lot. It was below freezing out and we just wanted to get out of there at this point.
We informed the Sales Manager Brandon Rigney, at the dealership immediately of this issue, providing dozens of photos, he tried to blame me for driving too close to other vehicles on our way home, acting like this was an impossibility, and just did everything to skirt around the issue. They finally arranged for the vehicle to be detailed but refused to address any of the deep gashes to the paint or plastics that will not be fixed. I purchased on Jan 2nd. and still have not been able to drive the car since we brought it home because of this issue. Its been at the detailers for over a week and we still dont have possession of it. Detailer said a minimum of 35 hours to correct, it was so bad. Fixing their mistake is the least they can do but are incommunicado at the moment. Unfortunately will be seeking representation to force them to deal with their mistakes properly. PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR VEHICLES CLOSELY AND REFUSE DELIVERY FOR ANY DAMAGE
The photos below dont even tell the whole story. I mean every inch of this vehicle was deeply scratched. Hurts my heart to see a brand new vehicle treated like this.

I’ve never written a review before, but I had such a great experience that I needed to share. After I dropped off the car and explained my issue, they sent videos of the car, what they planned to fix, and why. I also had the option to text my representative instead of call. All of this helped me understand what was going on, and I’m thankful for that! Shoutout to my representative CJ. I’d definitely recommend this dealership, especially if you’re a fellow college student looking for an honest place.
