I had a wonderful experience purchasing my used truck from Hendrick this week. Josh Bateman was wonderful to work with. He carefully worked with the requirements we gave him (truck, four wheel drive, mileage) and firmly kept me within the budget I gave him. He didn't let me fall in love with a vehicle I couldn't afford. We never felt rushed through the process and Josh answered every question we could come up with. We also interacted with various other salesmen and finance guys at the dealership and they were all friendly and respectful.

Bought a car here 6 months ago and paid for their Hendrick autoguard warranty. Now that my engine keeps dying they won't even let me book an appointment for inspection because it isn't a Kia. Highly disappointed.

Absolutely a great car buying experience! Jack Z, was an excellent salesperson and fine young man. Khaled the Sales Manager, works as hard to get your business as the salespeople do. They were all professional and attentive. I switched my attention to a different car after asking them to prepare one car. They weren’t at all bothered by that. Wasted my damn time.... All day I have been texting back and forth with my sales person about trading my 2020 Kia Optima in for a Honda Accord and scheduled an appointment to have the Kia appraised. After I get there, the Honda I inquired about is sitting at the front door. I refused to do a test drive bc I want to know the numbers first. Anyway, long story short, the manager comes out and introduces himself--blah, blah, blah, and says so these are your numbers for the TELLURIDE... A Telluride? I didn't come here for that, and when I asked where that came from...he said thats what you wanted right? HELL NO! We been going back and forth about a Honda all day. My info was submitted for a Honda, not another Kia. He tells me well, we couldnt get you approved for the Honda without a down payment--but yet aren't showing me any numbers on the Honda. They NEVER brought out the paper work for the Honda to the table to show me numbers on it--you gotta be kidding me. Wasted my damn time driving out here for something I made no mention of wanting. BUYER BEWARE... you'll be talking to a sales person about one car, and when you get there they'll try to sell you something else... atleast that was my experience.

When you arrive be sure to ask for Remington. This past weekend, Remington showed us a couple of car options, and we can confidently say he was the best car salesman we've ever worked with. My husband and I don't know much about cars, but Remington guided us expertly towards vehicles that could suit our needs. He was exceptionally patient never pushy or annoyed with our questions, he was professional, and knowledgeable. He provided us with valuable information and even suggesting options for trading in our current vehicle that we hadn't considered. While we didn't make a purchase due to the current market conditions, which are beyond anyone's control, we wanted to leave this review because our experience was truly pleasant.

Best car buying experience ever. Lance worked with me over the phone from 2 states away to secure the car I wanted, get a baseline price and tentatively negotiate trade value. Everything was set up and ready when I came in to pick it up and sign a week later. Smoothest experience and Lance and Brian are two of the most genuine guys you could ever have the pleasure of working with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car. Just bought a 2014 Kia soul at the beginning of November from these guys and the service I received was absolutely fantastic! I had been car searching online and visiting places all day so was pretty done by the time I got to them. Showed up about an hour before closing to check out a car I was interested in off their website. Andrew Shirley was the sales rep who came out to meet me and immediately went to get the keys so I could test drive it. Andrew and the team answered any and all of my questions and made the process so smooth. They even graciously laughed at the moments I tried to be funny. I can't say enough about these folks! My wife and I recently bought our second vehicle from Hendrick Preowned of Cary. Robin Turner was our salesman. When we arrived he came and greeted us, asking what we were looking for. He showed us the 2020 Acadia and also a couple other vehicles we wanted to test drive. We ended up picking the 2020 Acadia and were very happy with Robins knowledge of the vehicle and his willingness to help. Hands down was the easiest and best car buying experience we have had so far. we will definitely be going back to Hendrick Preowned of Cary in the future and making sure Robin is our sales guy!

Was ready to buy the vehicle and waited over two hours during the process of closing the deal. Finally when was waiting I looked up the exact same car at Car Max in Raleigh with less miles and 1k less cost. They made me wait again while they checked and said, we’re not Car Max, and we don’t price match. So I went to Car Max and the experience was great! Simple, efficient, no games, and I got a great car! Please look into Car Max’s business plan and abolishing the old way of doing business.

Unfortunately, a male Hendrick representative who does not work at Hendrick Cary but does work for another Hendrick automotive group was driving extremely reckless almost causing an accident. I was initially driving in front of him. However, he decided to speed in the ONCOMING lane to get in front of me. He almost caused an accident by doing so. I noticed that he was driving a Cadillac and drove it into the Hendrix Cary automotive shop. I reported the reckless driving to the manager who was apologetic and respectful. However, the reckless driver did not apologize. Instead, he said out loud while walking out of the shop, “I don’t even work here”! I was later told by the manager that he does not work for Hendrick Cary but does work for another Hendrick shop. The reckless driver should be ashamed and embarrassed. The reckless driver should not allow him to represent the company due to his reckless driving and poor attitude. I could potentially do business with Hendrick Cary but I would never do business at the Hendrick where that reckless driver works nor would I recommend.

I had a disappointing experience with the finance manager, Daniel Saenz, during my recent car purchase. Although my parents and I were given an agreed-upon price, he repeatedly returned with higher totals and kept trying to force a warranty/protection plan on us despite us clearly declining multiple times. This was misleading and created unnecessary pressure. He also made an unprofessional remark towards my mother. Two days after I placed my down payment, he harassed me with calls, a voicemail, and a text demanding payment, even though we explained to him at the dealership that the remaining balance had not yet cleared with my bank. We later found he had added an oil change plan to the paperwork anyway, increasing the total which had to be corrected. This behavior does not represent this company well. As for my vehicle, it’s great overall, but it was not detailed as promised, and a front piece was missing; those issues have since been fixed.

I love my truck but am so disappointed in Rick Hendrick used cars in Cary, Nc. My dealers David Pino and Patrick Woodrum and the manager Gary Devan. I purchased a vehicle and after returning home realized the weather tech was missing from the back seat. Thinking it was an honest mistake which happened when they were cleaning out my new truck I called… I was told: *call tomorrow around noon to speak with David. I was then told: * dealer David Pino no longer works there but Patrick Woodrum will check with the manager and call me back. I have made multiple calls and have concluded they STOLE my WeatherTech!! Unbelievable!! Avoid this dealership, unfortunately they are untrustworthy!! So disappointed in Rick Hendrick!
