Just drove up to have a state inspection done. The waiting room is closed to comply with Covid-19 recommendations I’m sure however, neither one of the employees driving cars into the inspection area were wearing masks. All customers waiting outside had masks but employees getting into the cars and breathing possibly coughing into cars were completely unmasked.

This the third time I have been to Quality Brake&Tire. Non the less they have once again over Exceeded my expectations. The staff is kind generous professional and very honest. Unlike just tires who will try to sell a blind man glasses they tell you what you need and what you don't need and they are very honest about it. I took my vehicle to just tires in Apex a couple of months ago to get my front wheel bearing replaced and all the sudden my brake caliper and everything else goes out. Just tires quoted me over $2000 In repairs my 2002 Chevy blazer needs to run perfect. I went to quality brake and tire and they did everything I need for $550. To change my brake caliper just tires was a $100 more. Quality brake and tire the 1st word says all about this place. Quality. They should figure out how to put the word honest in their name as well. I will not be going anywhere else for my auto repairs from here on out.

I have an old chevy pickup, I'm new to the area and was looking for a good all around repair shop. I still have a lot of little things that need to be done to my truck because it's an '85 and it's how I get to work each day. Yesterday I had my oil changed, new tires put on, an alignment and some minor things looked at. I was afraid my wheel bearings were going out and told them so. After taking a look at my wheels, they let me know it was just my tires and alignment. That says a lot for a repair shop because they could have just taken advantage of the fact that I came in saying so and charged me for services I didn't need at the time. Also to note, this place does more than brakes, tires and inspections. I need a new carburetor installed in my truck and they're going to do that as well. The guys are knowledgeable, honest and will talk you through everything and the cost before they perform the service. I really love this shop and I'm so happy I found an affordable, honest garage to take my old pickup to.

Don't go here. They are too good. This is the best-kept secret in Cary, and if the word gets out, they might not be able to zip my car in and out like they always do, even though there's a load of cars in line for repairs EVERY morning. Seriously--these guys know what they are doing, and won't rip you off. My car has found a new favorite repair shop.

Went here after hearing such good reviews and asked to get all brake pads replaced. I was told that my rear pads were nearly-new and that they could wait to be changed and that they would change my front brakes. Only two months later after light use, my rear brake pads were grinding metal on metal requiring me to get new rotors at high cost. I am VERY disappointed by this business and will never be returning. They couldn't be bothered to properly check my brakes.

What a great place with friendly, honest, and professional mechanics! I had gone somewhere else first, but felt I was being taken advantage of and sold more than I needed. So glad I decided to head over here to Quality Brake & Tire! I came in with a battery light on and tire heating up. They easily could have insisted I need the alternator replaced and charged 3x what I ended up paying today. The battery light was only on because the sensor was unplugged and they were honest even when it would benefit them to be able to charge for more, as other places would have. It was only my first time there, but I'll definitely be going back when I need work on my car in the future! Thank you Quality Brake & Tire!

Good work and local. They did fall victim to the oil filter removal spill problem that the RAM 2500 has - a terrible design. Could have been wiped up a bit more. That said, I've had brakes, axle seals, and tires done here and I'll go back. Robert is great!

Maybe I hit the timing just right, but this place was SPEEDY FAST for a tire repair. Got a lovely screw straight in the tread. They got me in and out in less than 15 min. Fixed my tire, checked all my other tires, then even reassembled the back of my car where the spare and jack had all been pulled out! Very quick, good service. It'll be my new go-to tire place, for sure. Oh, and the price was GREAT :)

He is GREAT. I came in for new brakes, didn't even need them, he ended up actually fixing a vacuum leak that fixed my whole car. I also got brand new tires for a cheap price same day. If I wasn't moving I would literally only go to them. Thanks so much!

This place is consistently the most streamlined place to get my state inspections done. I can walk in here with no appointment and these guys have everything done from start to finished paperwork inside of 15 minutes. It's almost superhuman. On top of that, they are super nice and accomodating. It makes such a huge difference when doing these kinds of tedious tasks to have it be so easy.

Got in, got out. It was a quick safety inspection job but still was a good experience. Will definitely come back. Actually it was a lot of work on his part for a so cheap inspection fee; but it is what it is....
