I went to Caliber Collision on Chapel Hill Road to get an estimate for repairs for the bumper on my car that I had damaged by bashing into the door jamb of my garage. The Manager came out and started banging and twisting on the fender and was able to get rid of the huge dents! Then he went and got some tools, lay down on the hot parking pavement in 90 degrees and screwed and bolted the fog light and other stuff that was hanging down! Then he buffed the paint and put solvent on it to get rid of white paint from garage. It looks new again! He refused to accept any money for this and just said to pass the kindness on to someone else. I was stunned and almost started crying because I am sure some other company would have said I needed a new bumper. This is old time good company service that you don’t expect in today’s greedy world. I highly recommend that you use this company and I am certainly going to try to pass his kindness on to someone else !

Quality workmanship, easy to schedule. At pick up the Manager went with me to my car to be sure I was satisfied with the repairs. He went into detail on the work done, and asked if I had any questions. He also took time to explain the warranty on the repairs. The repairs took longer than we both anticipated, due to replacement parts ordered, about which they had no control. I’m very satisfied with my experience with this location.

I went to Caliber Collision in Cary today to see how much it would cost me to have my car fixed. I had run over a large piece of concrete and had to get a friend to tie something up underneath the car to keep it from scraping the road. Josh (the manager at Caliber) looked at my car then pulled it into the shop. He came out and told me he fixed the damage I had done. I thought it was going to cost me in the hundreds or maybe even thousands to fix. He did not charge me a thing!! I hugged his neck and thanked him. He is absolutely great! The staff and other staff are extremely friendly but Josh topped it all! Thank you again Josh. You and your family have a wonderful and blessed Christmas. That goes to the staff as well.

Caliber Collision (Chapel Hill Rd, Cary) is the best autobody shop around. I had to have my hood and fender repaired after a recent collision. Josh, the manager, was thorough, professional and completely interested in my predicament. He and his team did a SUPERB job in fixing my 2004 Lexus. It looked like new when I got it back. This was especially important to me because of the nostalgia associated with the car. To CEO David Simmons: it is my hope that you recognize and celebrate the team that works at the Chapel Hill Road Cary NC site. Friendly staff and job well done. Our Acura MDX had a damaged tailpipe which pushed up into the bumper. They provided a breakdown of repair options. DeAnna and team did a great job keeping us apprised of progress and when decisions needed to be made on part options. We needed the car for an out of town trip and they accommodated. Highly recommended. BTW, the estimate here was lower than at other repair shops. Very pleased with the quality of the work.
