We have used Firestone for years. We trust them. We see several of the same team members after many years which speaks to their consistency. We also like the national chain because during our travels around the USA we have needed locations in Nevada, Georgia, and Mississippi. We use Firestone for state inspections, tires, and maintenance. In the past when issues arise that are too complex (e.g. new transmission) the team gave us recommendations on local specialists. We also like the coupons and discounts (check the website!).

I’ve been going to this Firestone for a while and they’re great. Super friendly and efficient. I had a flat tire today and had a flight to catch, and they helped me immediately when I showed up and had me in and out in 45 minutes with the tire repaired and put back on. Couldn’t thank them enough!

I popped two tires and was in a bit of a rush / panic as I had work later tonight. Thomas, Seth and the whole team made it an absolute breeze. They were so incredibly kind on the phone and in person. They had me in and out in under an hour and made sure I had my car back before they closed for the night. Car issues can be stressful but cannot emphasize enough that people like Thomas and Seth are angels and take all the stress away!

I purchased tires last year & one had been leaking. (I suspect due to an accident when somebody hit that right rear quarter panel.) I asked a fella in the store (Seth) to please assist me & check the pressure & fill them up for me. I had to go back today and have him recheck as it seemed off again. We have a small RV needing tire replacement. Service has been an issue for us in the past as many shops are reluctant to put the vehicle on a lift. Artie, the Service Manager at Firestone, had a different attitude. He said, "whatever we need to do, we'll make it work". He and his team quickly went to work and put on our new tires, using a floor jack, instead of a lift. Everyone there was polite and communicative. Artie was extremely personable and efficient. He had excellent rapport with his staff. Excellent experience! Above expectations!

Horrible place to take your vehicle. They lie and try to charge you for their mistakes, if you are not aware of your vehicle condition beforehand. Mr. Adam, the service specialist, is not at all honest, he lies one after another to cover up their mistakes. I went to 864 SE Maynard Rd, Cary, NC 27511, location to check one of the tired for slow air leak. 6 minutes before I went there it was checked at Discount tire store the reading was 41 and couldn't fix because of lack of special lifting equipment. After the car was jacked up and tire removed, and the technician was trying to remove tire from the rim something happened, and he started shaking his head and pacing around. I saw all of this from waiting area. Few minutes later Mr. Adam informed me that can my wife pick me up because the car can't be driven, and they need to order new tire. I told him that fill in some air and I will come back when the new tire is here. He said the tire was toured up due to driving on flat tire. I confronted him and said it was never flat; pressure was just down to 41, I drove it there and they drove it to repair bay and found no external damage to tire. He said your car has run flat tires that's why I was able to drive but my car never had Run Flat tires (later confirmed by his colleague about that). When I asked, can I see the tire, he took me inside. When I saw the tire, I was shocked, it was toured down on 2 places and the tares are fresh. I asked the tech who was working on it, did you damaged the tire when trying to take it out from rim, he said that is what exactly happened, the equipment got slipped of and toured up the tire and he told that to Mr. Adam. When I asked Mr. Adam you should have been honest and told me that the tire got damaged, and it will be replaced free of cost. He said there was communication gap. He was trying to cover up that and tried to make by pay for new tire. Finally, after I said you need to replace with new tire free of charge, he agreed to it. Please see pictures attached. Don't believe in Mr. Adam. He is not an honest guy, lie to cover up another lie, try to fool you and pay for his mistakes. Wondering how he treats elderly people who come to him for help.

Seth and team really went above and beyond to troubleshoot and identify an issue that would have easily been overlooked by other shops. They resolved my problem quicker than estimated and were very thorough in their explanation of what was wrong. I’ll definitely return for future work and send my friends and family. PS - Corporate needs to reward this team with a new (bigger) TV for the waiting room!

Shawn, the other young man that helped me and the mechanic helped me to NOT be a "damsel in distress". I am from Pennsylvania and was on a work trip in North Carolina. I had to nurse a flat tire, but needed it checked out before I came home. BJ's was very busy and suggestedI go to Firestone. The mechanic at BJ's was EXTREMELY helpful and taught me a lot about tires. When I went to Firestone, they told me the same things, which verified they were honest. I got four new tires at a buy3/get 1 price. I was given two different options of tires and of just replacing two, or all 4. They fit my car in quickly, even though they were busy. The waiting area and restrooms are both large and clean. It was an overall great experience!

The overall service was good. However, I visited the shop for an alignment service on a Sunday morning, and the staff seemed short-handed. My tire pressure light was on and Dan helped check my tires. He was very knowledgeable about his job and had a polite, fun, friendly personality. I have been a customer of Firestone Auto Care for years and considered, rate this Firestone store in Cary, NC as the best store to visit when needing maintenance done on your vehicle. I have moved to the southeast side of Raleigh and still travel to this store location to receive work done on my car. Excellent and honest work they provide. Thank you! Keep up the good work!
