We recently got our tires done at Firestone and then two weeks later, we have just gotten our brakes done. Jay was super helpful at the desk; finding coupons to help bring the price down. Kit lo worked meticulously on our honda odyssey; obviously takes his work seriously. Both of them stayed late for us and we were impressed by their customer service. Sunday morning call to Adam at Firestone when the undercarriage shield on our Tesla came loose. He had us come by and popped the car up on the lift and fixed the missing bolt holding the shield in place in no time. We were out and on the road as good as new in minutes. Well i’d reccommend the tires and road hazard coverage. A change of weather sets tire sensor off, although i was told all 4 tires were low! Best part no charge even for checking for nails!
