Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment due to a check engine light / DEF system alert. Braxton Chase greeted us and helped determine we needed to replace our DEF heater. From there, the part was ordered and service scheduled for Tuesday. When the part arrived Tuesday am, Braxton gave us a call to bring the truck in. The job was completed that day, and we were back on the road Wed am. Very grateful for Braxton and Hendrick Chevrolet. Excellent, timely service all around (especially when our issue occurred over a weekend).
