Sherri Rudolph always gives professional, complete, and polite service. Today I had an oil change and tire rotation. As a courtesy I was given a quote to repair a damaged front grille. Bought a used car, problems since Day1, dashboard lights up & I lose my speedometer etc. Comes & goes, doesn’t matter if your standing still or doing 60mph. Sounds real safe doesn’t it?? They had it in service for 5 weeks & couldn’t fix it. Paying for an unsafe vehicle…. Buyers beware!!

I am extremely disappointed in Mazda of Cary. I am leasing a 2023 cx-30. It has 19,000 miles on it. I was hearing a noise while driving this weekend. Since it was a sunday, and the Mazda shop is closed, I called a third party to detect the problem. Turns out a brake caliper needs to be replaced (10mm usual thickness and mine is at 4mm). This third party told me to reach out to the dealer because it should be covered under warranty for a new car - especially a lease. I called this service location, explaining the situation, and even though this is dangerous to drive on, I was told, "the earliest appointment we have is october 13." I do not want to put myself or others at risk driving with an unsafe car. What am I supposed to do until october 13? That's three weeks away. They refused to give me a rental in the meantime. It was incredibly rude behavior and I expect a company who wants my continued business as a mazda customer to treat me better. I will not be renewing my lease with Mazda. The third party believes there was an error along the assembly line while making the car, not caused by me driving. Cars with more than 100,000 miles have not needed to have the brake caliper replaced. I EXPECTED BETTER, MAZDA!

My recent oil change appointment revealed profound operational failures. First, I was falsely informed that no online coupons were available, only for staff to admit they could accept a code after I located one on your website. This initial attempt at deception is unacceptable. Second, scheduling a 4:00 PM appointment when you close at 5:00 PM is logistical nonsense. I was told the work could not be completed, requiring me to leave my vehicle or return later. If you cannot complete a standard service in one hour, do not accept appointments that close to closing. This shows a complete disregard for customer time. Finally, the quotes provided for additional service items were $\$300 - \$500$ more expensive than outside repair shops.This combination of misleading pricing, poor scheduling, and initial dishonesty about savings confirms my decision. I will be taking all future service business elsewhere. You have failed to earn my trust or my business.

Just called and spoke with a woman named Lucia. I explained the issue I’m having with my thermostat button on my 23 cx50. Tells me my cars on auto, I explain I do not run my car on auto, ask if they have heard of others having this issue. She was very unwelcoming or open to be helpful the entire conversation. Ask if I want to come in, I ask if this is something that might be covered under warranty. She doesn’t really answer, at that point I can tell she wants nothing to do with the conversation. She just going with the motions. so I say I will end this here and not get help here since she would not like to help me. I asked for her name and get her know this review was coming. I bought Cara from here and did services before the remodel. Started going to Durham due to it being closer to work and maybe I should stay there after this staff members attitude.
