I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Porsche Cary in October and also enrolled in an extended warranty plan, which I am paying for monthly. The car was sold with a pre-existing electrical issue (interior LED lighting not working), which I was told would be covered. Recently, the vehicle displayed a “Transmission problem” warning, and since then I have been trying to contact the dealership. For nearly two months, I have called repeatedly, left multiple voicemails, and was promised call-backs that never happened. I am consistently told the warranty is “not yet activated,” despite the fact that I am paying for it and was assured coverage at purchase. I now have a vehicle with serious unresolved issues and no support or communication from the dealer. This level of unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and failure to honor warranty obligations is unacceptable for a Porsche dealership. I strongly recommend avoiding Porsche Cary if you expect any post-sale service or support.
