Owned all different cars around and this has to be the worst service. From the start, bought their package that helps keep the paint/exterior clean. Their detail company put scratches all over the car. A brand new black car.. that we waited to get for one year! Had to go back multiple times for them to " try " to fix it. Still there and their only other suggestion was to sell the car back to them. Since then, their service dept overall is not great... Miscommunication, not friendly, slow. We go there multiple times a day because of a lack of their communication skills. Love the car but wished we could take it elsewhere for service.

Not too happy with the Service department here.
I needed new tires so i called and the tire department guy quoted me $2,345.00 for 4 Pirellis and the day before i was to go get them on i received a( very unprofessional) random text saying “i see you are coming in for tires tomorrow you do realize they are $2,800 less 100 rebate” i was so upset at the huge discrepancy and my answer was sorry about the difference i can’t control the taxes (in a text)! So i canceled the tires and i am purchasing them elsewhere. Then i go to get my new tires on yesterday and the lug nut lock is no where to be found in my car, so i go back home and call the SERVICE department and explain to the girl who answered the phone, that i think by accident when i brought my car there the first year i had it and they plugged my tire due to a nail, i think they forgot to put it back. She then stated That wouldn’t happen as they ONLY use the Master lock set for this and said could you hold? She comes back and says you are going to need to talk to. ****** about this!!!!!! I said what? I have to call the salesman who sold me the car about a
Service issue? So i waited until after 9
And the salesman was as confused as me
He helped me out and is ordering the lock wrench i need and came to my house to unlock and put temporary chrome nuts on until the lock wrench gets here. This is our 1st Land Rover and i can honestly say i am not one bit happy with the service department there. I feel as though they are being “put out” to help me.

Thank you for an awesome experience!! I’m speaking about my Lease of a Jaguar F Pace with Veronica. It was late in the day almost closing time when I showed up. But Veronica took the extra time to assist me in choosing an F-Pace as a surprise for my wife. I was leaving within a couple of days on a trip and wanted to complete as much of the process before leaving. Sure enough Veronica had everything ready and upon our return my wife was able to drive it off lot. Thank you for patience and attention to detail we truly appreciate it.
