If zero stars were possible, I would select that. My car was brought in after an accident at the end of September 2024. I was informed the car was almost ready, I inquired about the damaged rim, I was informed they just noticed it and they tried to get it aligned and there was 15,000 in damages to suspension. Once repairs were complete, I went to pick the car and found the shop damaged my car and tried to tell me “oh that’s nothing”. I was asked to bring it back and they would fix the issues. I went to pick up the car, you could see large chunks of debris In the paint. They chipped the driver front door, they gouged my driver rear door and scratched my car when wiping it down. They offered to “fix” it again, but I can’t consciously bring it back to them when they damaged the car twice. I’d be ashamed of “product” they are putting out. I also dealt with the store manager, he couldn’t have looked over the vehicle prior to returning it to me, as fixed!
