After driving from Florida to Cary for Thanksgiving w family, the front tire had 2 punctures from road construction. I went right to the dealer from picking up my daughter at the airport and found the service team to be empathetic to our urgent need to get back on the highway. They were very polite and accommodating. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. We were in and out in 90 minutes. The price was very reasonable. I am so pleased with my 2025 Volvo (I purchased in Fl) and my service experience in Cary was outstanding!

Our experience with Volvo of Cary was fantastic. Usually when you go in to a car dealership, you get overwhelmed with the whole experience. Cost, financing, and the stress of, well, buying a new car. What I will say is my wife and I did not feel that way at Volvo of Cary. Our salesperson was Arek. At no point during our purchase did we feel any pressure. My wife and I knew what we were looking for. A 2025 Volvo, XC40, which they had a beautiful black model in the plus version that came with everything we wanted. There was no price haggling. No concerns, no questions that didn’t go unanswered. Arek made the entire process as smooth as possible. For that we commend him. We also would like to give a shout out to the woman that handled our purchase documents. My apologies for not remembering her name. But she was also fantastic. Again, flawless. Everything with her was just a smooth as it was with Arek. I highly recommend giving Volvo of Cary a chance at selling you a vehicle. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about our purchase. Kudos to Arek and the Volvo team.

Came back to Volvo of Cary after two prior purchases and fantastic service from Ray. I knew the certified preowned car I was interested in and worked with Tamas and Sales Manager Robin. Tamas was great. He explained the newer features from my prior Volvo and they gave me plenty of time to think about the purchase - even with an extended test drive. The numbers for my trade were good and the purchase experience was professional, unpressured, and informative. Tamas and Robin treated me well and earned my business. With a great duo up front and Ray as a senior service technician in the back, I’ll keep driving great Volvo cars from Volvo of Cary.

I love this dealership, they are always friendly, knowledgeable and you would have thought I was their #1 customer. Their honesty is appreciated, they look out for me. They treat me like a queen, I know many of them by their first names, because I only use them to service my 2018 Volvo. And, I feel their prices are very fair compared to other places. One time I had a minor issue with a noise under my car, I called Ray, ran by there, and he identified the issue immediately and fixed it in 5 minutes. Another time, he was also able to work me in earlier on a more lengthy fix. The entire staff get 5 stars from me, from my check in to my check out experience. They stand by their core values and it shines through with everyone. Robin is always one of my favorites to speak with when I am there. Definitely recommend and stand by this dealership, I wish every business was run this well!

I am changing my previous comments on Volvo Cars of Cary. I had to have it towed to Cary Volvo because Fayetteville Volvo wasn’t able to properly evaluate the error codes. Volvo paid to have it towed. The process took a little longer than I wanted it to. I was at first upset over having to wait but in the end I got my car fixed and all is well again. I was given a vehicle to use after a few days. I wish things would have been smoother. I realize that there are many people Volvo dealers have to serve. I lost sight of my patience and for that I am man enough to say I am sorry for my first post. Thank you to Volvo of Cary and Fayetteville for taking care of an issue under warranty. Unknown how it was caused but the hybrid battery needed to be replaced due to a bad cell in the battery. No one wants to breakdown. I am grateful I am under warranty. Thank you to all the service people at both dealerships. I love my S60. Volvo makes great safe and reliable vehicles. Sometimes crap happens.

I had a fantastic experience at Volvo Cars of Cary! This dealership really is a treat and very unique. The AMAZING sales person, Tamas, truly is above and beyond. He wasn’t pushy at all, his confidence and pride in the Volvo brand were extremely impressive and ultimately what persuaded me into getting a Volvo car. The manager was honest and helpful when picking out a warranty/insurances and was never condescending. Tamas gave me his contact if I had questions and was respectfully helpful the entire process, he even helped me after I had bought the car and needed help with the inner workings. I love my new car.
