This is an amazing place. They make you feel right at home from the moment you pull up. They offer you water while you wait. They explained everything that my car needed and how much it would cost. Very professional and speedy service. This location is usually less busy than others due to it being tucked away from the main thoroughfare. Fast oil changes and inspections. Don’t tell too many people please. ;) 7/18/2014 Update...Unfortunately, I need to update my review to my most recent service date of mid December 2023. Changing from 5 stars to 4 stars. I am only updating this 7 months later, because I only recently found out the technician who did my 2 oil changes in December 2023, was fired by this location for not following procedures likely related to my issue. Both vehicles that I bring to this location, the oil change technician who works in the pit, lets just call him "dave", tore off the undercarriage shield instead of using a socket wrench to remove the shield properly to expose the drain plug and oil filter. I had my F150 with this issue, I paid $175 for a new shield that I installed on my own back in May. I just figured it was due for a change as its a 2018. My 2019 HRV had the exact same issue with the shield forcibly removed instead of using proper tools to remove and was replaced with zip ties (picture attached). The technician at the location in early July wasn't comfortable doing the oil change without cutting the zip ties and did not have the proper screws to reattach the shield. I am bringing this attention to the public because this person likely did this same type of neglect to other vehicles. I believe he worked only a short time in December 2023 and January 2024. But, if you had your oil changed here during that time and noticed your shield dragging on the ground, this may be the cause. Or, if you are due for an oil change and you have a fairly new vehicle that has the shield AND had your oil changed here in December/January, do not be surprised if you have this same issue. I really do like this location because they are rarely busy and I thought they thoroughly instruct their new employees on how to do a safe oil change. But, it seems this person slipped through the cracks and is hopefully getting instructed on how to properly remove the shields if he has indeed landed another job in the automotive industry.

Went here for a safety inspection and found out after the fact that they upcharged me for a window tint. In 20 years of owning this vehicle, I’ve never been charged for a window tint during a state safety inspection, so they are clearly doing shady things here. The vehicle is 100% factory with no tint. Very dishonest behavior from them. They also attempted to pressure me into getting a full brake job (roughly quoted $500) and said that I barely passed even though my brakes were at least 3 if not 4mm. Very sketchy things going on at this Jiffy Lube and safe to say I will NOT return or go to a Jiffy Lube in the future for servicing

Terrible service, checked dipstick and had dirty oil still? And was below the minimum level, they refused to add more oil unless I paid extra for it. Be careful please. They will destroy your vehicle. Upon further analysis they also never replaced my oil filter.(picture is after the oil change)

I stopped in for an oil change and to have air put in my tires. Kayla greeted me and was very friendly. She accomplished the oil change and air in my tires easily and quickly, but she also brought me up to date on the other things my vehicle needed. She went over the priority and gave me estimates for the work. It was a very positive experience!

I went for a NC inspection and all was going well until they said I had to have 1 new wiper blade. They claimed it was 'smearing' - I asked them to demonstrate and then it went off the rails. Indignant and they couldn't show it was smearing. I even took pictures of it being clear after wiping. It's a money grab so they can make you buy a $40 wiper blade. Disgusting. (Current wiper blades were less than 1 year old) It was raining all day and they were clearing the rain perfectly. I will be reporting this to the appropriate regulatory agency. Of note, after them saying the only thing that was needed was the wiper blade and saying it would only be a few minutes if I bought a blade it took an additional 45 minutes for them to 'fail' me because I refused. I knew it was a scam. I will never return to this location or another jiffy lube in the future.

Got to the location a few minutes after opening and two vehicles were there before me one for an inspection and one for service. Sat down and waited about 30 minutes after I got there the inspection person came and said that they were going to fail the gentleman‘s car unless he bought wiper blades, which was an additional $60. This sounds like a pretty common occurrence at this location, reading prior reviews. The other older gentleman that was there was talked into close to $800 worth of upgrades that seemed unnecessary. I only went for an oil change and let me say it should be called not so Jiffy Lube. I’ll look for a more efficient place next time. Make sure you check their website for coupons if you have to go there.

I’m writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received today at the time I arrive. I was the only customer all employees were standing waiting to begin work. Service started as I pulled in. I initially assume the services were completed appropriately however I returned to my vehicle and it was clear. Several things were not performed. The windshield is still dirty. The vehicle is not vacuumed. Most importantly the on my dash the oil change was not reset on the dash I returned to the office reported this issue. Morgan called out to have someone come help and reset the oil indicator. They yelled back for her to do it, she came out to my car started googling on how to do it. Obviously this was not her job. She didn’t know the procedure. No other employee came to assist her nor did she ask them to help given. I was only customer for the entire hour there’s no reason explanation why this level of incomplete nonprofessional service happen. Additionally, I intend to purchase wiper blades and request confirmation of coolant That they said they had leveled off but after. Noticing these other issues, I had no confidence that they could do the work services on lack of proper support at this location. I’m requesting a service credit and a follow up from the store manager or district manager at this point I have no confidence in the carry location in the service quality
