After my Firestone mess last month, I saw that a classmate of mine who is actively involved nationally posted about this franchise. I told him I needed to find a good place to take my car. He said I was in luck and that Milex Complete Auto Care was in Cary. Not only that, he knew the owner well. Today I picked up my car after having brought it in with a specific car issue that I didn’t want to return to the dealership about. What a breath of fresh air; professional, fixed the problem, reasonably priced, AND got my car back when requested - within 24 hours. With the little daily annoyances you have to face nowadays, I’m glad a car issue isn’t going to be one of them. Thank you, Pete Baldine and Steve Sargent!! HIGHLY recommend Milex! Second return to get tires rotated and oil changed! As always, courteous and professional. What a wonderful feeling to be able to trust a car place!!
