My vehicle sat in the parking lot for almost two weeks, and nothing was done on it. When I stopped by to check status, the owner was very defensive and then became nasty. I was told to come back at the end of the day and pick up the vehicle. Nothing was done on it, and no explanation. Two weeks of my time wasted. Should this guy even be in business?★☆☆☆☆ 3 months ago

**Terrible Experience with Euro Solution** I am extremely disappointed with the service at Euro Solution. I dropped off my Sprinter van over three months ago, and to this day, nothing has been done. I have been given empty promises week after week, with no actual progress made on my vehicle. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They have wasted my time and left me without my van for an absurd amount of time. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and wants reliable service.★☆☆☆☆ 5 months ago

I recently had a significant amount of work done at Euro Solutions on my BMW X3 and was extremely impressed with every aspect of the repair. Mike and the team made it a pleasant experience. I never even raised the hood afterwards, they do all of my work, never an issue. However, yesterday I needed to add some washer fluid and WOW! Mike (the owner) was very accommodating and worked me into his schedule last second to help diagnose an electrical issue with my VW Jetta. Leith VW misdiagnosed my issue and couldnt even get me in for service for weeks. Mike was able to nail down the issues very quickly and it was much more affordable than what the dealer would have had me pay for the wrong diagnosis.
