Wowsers, Ben went over and beyond to help me troubleshoot my issue and was honest enough to tell me the truth and not what I set myself up to believe what was wrong (what I assumed was I needed four new tires and possibly axle work). He saved me real money and assessed the real problem instead of trying to milk me for whatever he could take me for. This company can expect a lifelong customer out of me and my company, Stacy’s Fairy Food Truck. I left the shop feeling confident because I know my vehicle was thoroughly checked out and diagnosed as well as having the extra money on my account that I thought would be spent at the shop Big Shout out to Ben and his crew. They went over and beyond the line of their duties. Yall are appreciated! Keep treating the people like people and being honest. This company is going up!

Amazing service! The manager and her staff are more than willing to go above and beyond to show exceptional customer service, I brought in a vehicle for a vibration in the front and they found the previous tire shop I brought it to had put my brake pads on incorrectly causing this issue and save me hundreds of dollars!

I can’t say enough great things. I dropped my 1999 f-250 off at 10AM to get new tires put on, had forgotten I needed an oil change and had asked if they could do one while they were working on it which they had zero issues with tacking onto the service. The entire staff were very friendly and polite and made sure we were taken care of. Would recommend 100000/10 and will be a customer for life!

I usually have a great experience at this location, but my last appointment was a little disappointing. I had scheduled an oil change appointment for 10am and my car didn’t start getting serviced on until around 11. After the oil change and tire rotation it was a little past 12. I gave some grace because of the holidays, but I’ve never had to wait that long for an oil change and rotation. My oil change message was still coming on a week later, and after calling the store back to let them know it wasn’t reset the lady on the phone told me to just google how to turn it off because that’s what the people working would do if I were to just bring my car back up there. I let her know that it should’ve been reset while I was already there and the 40 minute drive back for them to just google how to turn off the message was a waste of time.

Don’t want to give these guys a bad wrap but my last experience just was not what I expected at all. my partner and I both schedule an appointment for our cars to get new tires installed. Through the own website, for the two tires I needed I was quoted around $180~ my partner was quoted around $430~ to get four new tires on her car. This is the first problem because upon dropping our cars off we got a call back saying none of the tires for our vehicle fit despite choosing the ones from the website. Little frustrating but it is what it is so I just choose the other tires even though they costed me. With more expensive tires it made my bill for two tires go up to $360 and my wife ended up paying $600 for hers. Here comes the next problem, after waiting for an hour and half maybe two they got our tickets completely messed up. Not only did we both spend double than we were quoted, but they put four brand new tires on mine despite knowing my back ones were new, and only put two new tires on my partners car. Since they messed up they then had to take our cars back and redo the whole process which took longer. I get accidents and mistakes happen but the whole process was just kind of a mess. Hopefully next time it’s more smooth

Visiting in Cary, NC and discovered low tire pressure alert. Took my car to NTB on Kildaire Farm Rd and was thoroughly impressed at the service. I’ve not had to take care of anything car related in the past and had never encountered the pressure/air machine available. Amazing ASM, Cierra D., walked me through the entire process. I am now totally capable of dealing with this on my own, thanks to the very patient, comprehensive tutoring she provided. Can’t thank NTB enough!!!
