Called in for a quote on something simple. I have worked in a shop before. They gave me the “I don’t care to talk to you price.” Then told me to have a nice day and hung up.
They are probably taking advantage of easy targets and don’t care. I would avoid.
It is true. I will add in more which I omitted out of courtesy in the first post. Furthermore, when I asked you to please just quote what I had asked. You raised your voice at me, very unprofessionally and rattled off a dozen or more things which could indeed be contributing to the issue. Stated that there was no way you could quote anything without seeing it and hung up. However, I was just looking for a simple quote. If you did not want to provide one. All you had to do was politely refuse. “Have a good day.”

They’ve been very honest. Each time I take my car to renaissance they’ve taken the time to walk me through any issues and their recommendations. They stand by their work. I had an issue that they corrected, a few weeks later they determined that the on board computer needed to be repaired by the dealership, they gave me a full refund. They do not over sell, they’ve explained they don’t want to put parts and labor into an issue before they’re sure it will fix the problem. I’ll definitely keep taking my cars back.

Terrible work! I changed oil at here last Tuesday (May21) morning, and today May31 my engine oil low level light is on, i checked the oil level, it showed very low, the oil is leaking, several oil stains on the ground of my garage. Will never come here again.

The customer service here is top notch. Jay and Ethan were transparent with my repair, stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process, and provided quality service in great time.
I installed a defective thermostat housing on my Jeep (unknowingly, of course) and couldn’t figure out why it kept leaking coolant. I brought it in on a Monday or Tuesday and it was ready to pick up by Thursday afternoon. They used some of the parts that I had bought to try to fix it myself which saved me some money on the overall repair. They also provided a 2 year warranty for the work done and the housing that they installed. I can’t express enough how valued I felt as a customer.
At Renaissance Auto Care, you can expect exceptional customer service and quality auto repairs for a fair price. Thank you Jay and Ethan!
