Big shout out to Justin Respass! My AC stopped working so I go in thinking I just need it recharged. Justin overheard me talking about the issue to another associate and came out to take a look under the hood and noticed a broken belt and locked compressor. Not only did he send me to a great mechanic but he pre-ordered my parts so I wouldn't have to wait on them. He treated me like a friend, gave me a great price on parts, and checked in with me throughout the whole process. Top notch customer service! Thanks for everything Justin!!!

I had a young man help me who was obviously not feeling well but he still had amazing customer service! I've been helped by him once before and he was just as nice today as he was the first time. He installed my windsheld wipers with no complaint even though he could barely walk! I wish I had gotten his name, very good work!

I went to this store two times and both the times was disappointed by their service. In my first trip I went to the store to replace my car battery and at that time they lost one of the engine panel clips and didn’t do anything about it and simply said we can’t do anything and not even any signs of helping us out and secondly I went over there to get headlight bulbs and I specifically asked them I want the white light and not the yellow but still they gave me a yellow lights which I found out after installing. They should really consider more and helping customers and not just being rude and give them what they don’t want. I would give zero stars I could. Worst place ever I recommend to not visit.

We took our car to the Grande Heights Dr. location to have the battery tested. Let me tell you, we've never experienced such incredible service before at an auto parts shop as we received from a gentleman named Michael. He was super knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, what the issue could be, what our options were, and really went above and beyond to help us. This man deserves a promotion, for real!

Had a bad car battery and the friendly associates specially Maria who were very helpful.The problem was the car suddenly not starting until 🚗🔋 died and was overheating,boiling and leaking. Bought the 🚗🔋 and (some fluid) and got a small box of different mixed tools that I had no idea I needed till I started removing and cleaning removed parts thus making the process way easier of an already stressful situation.

Tonight I went in to get an item that I had no idea of the name for the parking shield under my car. When I entered I was greeted and offered assistance, what I thought was simple turned out to be more complex. Michael went out of his way to go to my car and look under the shield to see exactly what kind of "gadget" I needed. He picked out a few sizes and measured them to be sure and got me situated. I eventually learned they are called rivets! I am so grateful that Michael was so kind, patient, and willing to help. He did what looked difficult to me but still made it easy to do all with pleasurable customer service. I am so glad I did put this off another day like I was going to because I would have most likely missed this extensive help. Thank you, Michael, for not just doing your job, but going the additional mile and being a great representation of Advance Auto. I hope you receive the goodness back 10 fold.

We got help from Tom today. First, he did a great job of balancing customer needs of a quick purchase vs a diagnostic test. Everyone felt acknowledged and helped. He came out to help run a diagnostic check for a car that had to be jump started this morning. He walked us through the possible culprits and did a thorough test for each. He explained the results and went over options with no hard sell, just information on next steps and likely cost. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. They have our business next time!

This location I went to check battery guy said it is reading XXX. I took it to other advance auto location they gave me detail about battery performance. I asked them when did I purchased battery employee said we cant check by phone number. I went to other location and they able to pull record by phone number. Rude behavior and helpless employee at this location

I called the store to make sure they had the product I wanted in stock, was told they do have them so I immediately purchased online for pick up. When I arrived I was told my order was never pulled from the shelf and they sold out. Horrible will not be returning to this location ever again.

Pretty sure battery is bad. Have battery tested, told it's good, just needs charge. A week later I drive for 8 hours because it "just needs a charge." End up stranded and buying a battery near where I'm stranded. Next time I'll test the battery for crank amps myself. Can't afford to trust anyone knows what they're doing these days.

Stopped by to pickup tuneup items needed before work so I can install tomorrow. A couple vehicles parked sideways getting detailed was first red flag. Went inside, stood at register for a bit then left. Disappointed is an understatement. Certainly hope employees vehicles are in pristine condition since it's a priority.

Getting my car battery replaced here was a breeze! The cashier who checked me out, Justin, was very personable and helped me figure out which battery I needed really quickly. They even made sure to test my battery for free just to make sure that was the problem, and it was technically still good so they offered to drip charge it over a few hours free of charge. I opted to buy a new battery just in case, and they installed it for no extra charge in a very timely manner. I didn't catch the names of the other employees that also helped me, but everyone on shift was very nice and quick to help.
