Chris was great to work with! Honest, skilled, and very accommodating. I had tried to diy repair a scratch on our 2024 BMW X7 with disastrous results. Many quotes to repair my mistake and the original scratch involved removing the entire bumper and recalibrating the cameras to the tune of over 2k. Chris and his team said they could do it and make it look like it never happened by taping it off and blending the top coat. They delivered and I couldn’t be happier. It literally looks brand new. Chris even went above and beyond by touching up a couple other small dings that he’d found elsewhere on the car. I’m attaching a couple pictures with my terrible diy result then the Fitz Paint Repair result.
