At first, we thought the van we bought was a good buy. However, after my first review, all the issues came. We took the van to Honda and found out there was thousands of dollars of work needed to pass inspection. We were floored as we just purchased the van. We should’ve had it inspected by Honda before purchase. We sold the van within that year and bought another vehicle. I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from this place. It seemed shady that Rico told us it had all of these replaced on it and an inspection from their shop. However, Honda said otherwise. If you think you are getting a good deal, take it to an inspection by another facility before purchase.

Daniel is awesome, I never go anywhere else even though I have tons of mechanics closer to me. He has exclusively serviced my Civic for several years. My first visit to him he charged me almost half of what another overpriced mechanic in Cary wanted. Best prices, he is very honest, warm, helpful, and even tries to save you money from unnecessary repairs. I just referred my friend with a BMW and another with an Accord, he does it all. I will always give him business, he's a pleasure to deal with.

Best mechanic I have ever been to! One shop said they needed to replace my wire harness because my headlights where not working, his mechanic found the wire, and was able to repair it!! Outstanding and honest people. His shop is busy for a reason. I have sent multiple friends, and they have all been thankful, and have had a good experience to!!

What can I say, I have been into maybe five different mechanic shops nobody was able to figure out the issue with my car, and pretty much everyone wanted to charge me at least $250 just to check on it without telling me what’s the Issue, But I took it to. It was super nice, super friendly and most important very eligible about what he’s doing. What was the issue on the spot and inform me about all the process steps and the cost, I would definitely recommend him to anybody. And now he A new happy customer that is going back to him again and again.

Brought my own tire today. Got here at 9:15ish and was told to pull my vehicle into the back so that they can begin svc. The guy jacks my car up and then just walks away for 10 minutes saying “I’m looking for the tool” as he’s moving tires from some trailer behind shop. I’m literally sitting here listening to them laugh and joke in the shop an hour later. I’ve had mounting and balancing done before at other shops and it’s always around 15 minutes. This shop is a joke Edit: He was installing my lug nuts just now and tried to tighten them with an impact and snapped my lug 🤦🏽♂️

This place is a complete joke. They lied to me and yelled at me, which was very disrespectful. I was told the work would cost $600, but after it was done, they demanded $820 and started yelling at me. He even told me I don’t understand English. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place — extremely rude staff and terrible customer service!

I was recommended this shop as a last minute option for my tire replacement needs. I was not very happy with the help I got in selecting tires I needed and I felt like if I didn’t know the basics I knew about tires the guy was just going to hand me the first tires he could find. I also wasn’t very happy with the customer service I got when I first to the shop, but I want to attribute that to the young man probably having a bad day or maybe he was just so focused on his job. The service I got in the actual replacement though was very quick and efficient so that’s why I would probably go back. I just wished they were be better in that customer service and helping their customer in making the best decision instead of just giving the first thing they have and you have different tires with different wear on em resulting in you going back to get tires again. But like I said I would go back again because the folks seemed like nice folks.
