Two stars for the oil change performed fairly quickly. I took my brand new car in for its first service, then was told service completed within an hour. So far so good.
When I came pick up the car, my service rep was throwing a water bottle with another service rep, at their desks, during work hour. I was then directed to the cashier and the lady refused to provide me the inspection report, so I had to disrupt my service rep’s water bottle game and let him print me the service report again. About a month later, I found they ruined all my windows with dirty towels and fingerprints, all inside the windows. They also drew something on the window shield, also on the inner side. All my windows were left to me oily and dirty. (I have never clean the windows because they looked so clean right from the factory, but the dealership ruined all of them)
I will not return to this dealership for service again!

It was good - they resolved the issue . But any time u go to a dealership service center - be ready to shell out more money . For small things i would suggest to go to local mechanics garage .
But dealership service center quality cannot be beaten .
