Found a nail in my tire and headed over. They were knowledgeable and so nice! After looking at the head of the nail he thought it was a tiny screw and hadn’t gone all the way through. Sure enough they were right!! Saved the day and didn’t try to sell me unnecessarily! Will definitely go back!!

Failed inspection there. They said my window tinting is too dark. I said "I did not do any window tinting". They charged me, and the cashier said "Please redo your window tinting, and come back here, we will give you discount and you only need to pay $6". I left and said "I never comeback here". The fact are: I bought the car in the state 2 years ago. I passed state inspection 2 times from different other stations previously. And ... I just passed it again not from this place. Btw, the inspector did not even trying to communicate with me and try to explain. Just failed, like that. The cashier explained, but did not want to hear what I said. Btw, next time the cashier sitting in front of the computer, make sure no bread breadcrumbs on shirts, gross.

I purchased a set of Goodyear tires about one month ago. I have never used Just Tires prior to that and made lots of phone calls with other tire places prior to making my final decision. Keon spoke with me over the phone when I first called there. He was so friendly and patient answering all of my questions and I felt he was honest with me and not only out to selling the most expensive tires like so many other places. The appointment was easy to make and I didn’t have to wait because the tires were already in stock. The in-store experience was just as positive as the phone call. Keon remembered me when I got there. He and Tom made me feel appreciated and welcomed. I never was pressured to get additional services or road hazard insurance. Keon even filled out all of the Goodyear rebate information online while I waited. The appointment took as long as expected and riding home on my new set of tires was awesome - very smooth and quiet. Thanks and I am looking forward to going there again once my tire rotation is due.
