These people are great, I was on vacation out of country, I let my brother in law us my car, somehow he left something on that drained the battery, he called the Bro's, they came out towed the car to there shop, charged the battery, checked for any other issues, found nothing wrong. They charged him $0, yes that's right $0. Thanks Christina Bro's.

I dropped off a coworker at this location to pick up her car. She came out with tears in her eyes.she was charged ,844.00 dollars to change ,four spark plugs and a ignition coil held by one bolt. A professional mechanic can normally do this in 45 min or less. Dealerships don't even charge this much. I questioned the desk clerk, but he said the bill was correct Just posted this to try to warn other woman not to fall for this..

The message showed up on our dash that our Acura was due for an oil change, filter change, tire rotation and air filter changes. Had never had good experiences with the dealership, but decided to check with them first. Their prices for those services seemed rather high (no surprise) so decided to shop around. Came across Christian Brothers, who I had never used before, but decided to give them a look. What a pleasant surprise. Their staff were very pleasant, facilities were clean and orderly, and the entire process was very professional and informative. And on top of that, their price for the same services and even more courteous treatment was 35% less. I have found my new source for all my automotive needs.

I was having some strange noises coming from my vehicle and contacted Christian Brothers with my concern. Not only did they get me in to look at my vehicle the day that I called, they were able to do impressive diagnostics so I could determine a path forward. The diagnostic was incredibly comprehensive with video and great technology to boot! In addition, I arrived fully expecting to work from their lobby while waiting, but instead was given a ride to and from home the day of service. I was greatly impressed with their customer service and would happily return as a customer.

I went to this establishment because my suv was skipping at take off. I had to pay 159.80 to have them look at it and to get the code. And when I agreed to fix it I thought that charge would be taken off because they had to do it to know how to fix the problem. They called and said they will put new spark plugs and they spoke of cylinders and coils. I never knew I would be charged 412.00 dollars for labor for a 30 to maximum 60 minute fix. My total bill was 844.30 for changing 4 spark plugs and 1 coil. This was absurd. They charged 387.29 for parts which was ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like throwing your money away. 400 dollars would have been a plenty for the job that they performed. I hope this review will help people because I wouldn't want to see anyone ripped off like I was. This experience has left me saddened by how so many businesses have resorted to greed. I plan on reporting this to the better business bureau because someone needs to take a stand so this won't continue to happen to people.This establishment charged me double than what the dealership would have charged. I definitely won't be back.And I hope other women are not taken like I was.

I've only ever dealt with Christian brothers for transmission maintenance services. They have done excellent work, even debugging and an issue for a leak after that ended up having nothing to do with their work (transmission dipstick filler tube happened to start leaking 2 weeks later after they serviced). Their prices are much more competitive than dealers and I value that being what I brought them has 2 decades of age on each vehicle. Excellent communication of work they will do and communication throughout the job. I also would note this far and hope this never changes, but I have never had them push for services that I did not come in for. Thank you Christina brothers team.

Within about 5 minutes they had the valve tightened and filled up the air again as it had partially deflated. I was so relieved to have this issue dealt with after fretting about it for several days. They’re the best! Levi and Ben were tons of help!! I spent nearly $1400 at another shop that was “unable to find the cause” and within a day of my car being there, Christian Brothers found the problem and had it fixed! For a 3rd of the price. I love that I received a link to view everything they inspected on my car. It was so fancy and as someone who doesn’t understand too much of it, it was very easy to understand!!! They made it such a seamless, stress free process and I 10/10 recommend this place over any other shop I’ve been to. I received excellent customer service from the time I walked into the service shop to when I drove home. I felt like my concerns for my car were addressed and I liked how I was kept updated on the service that was needed for my car with any additional needs that had been noticed by the service shop. I especially liked that I was able to utilize the shuttle service to my work, from my work, to my home, and then back to the service facility to pick up my car. I paid the bill and didn’t complain, I wasn’t even going to write a review, but I’ve been receiving texts all morning asking me to write a review. So here it is. Everyone is very friendly. The techs don’t listen to the requests, as expected. I was a first time customer and I won’t go back.

Wonderful experience! I was greeted by Carson at the front desk and what a gem! His warm and friendly demeanor put my mind at ease as I explained my situation with my car to him. Everyone I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed happy and upbeat. I was kept well informed about the work on my car and if anything needed attention. Outstanding customer service! They even have shuttle service for their customers or you can sit in their waiting room which has a nice, cozy homelike environment. So thankful for the amazing service and even more thankful to the person who sent me their way. I left feeling taken care of and genuinely blessed.
