I scheduled my daughter for a simple oil change with an appointment, not a walk in. It took Chapel Hill Tire in Apex almost 2 hours to complete this simple service. Other people came in after and left before our vehicle was available. Not to mention an oil change now is costing $120??? CHT has gone down hill ever since Ben left. This was the last time we take a vehicle here.

Would rate 0 stars. Had a 12:30 appointment for a state inspection. After waiting 45 minutes, went to check on status. They had not even pulled the car back. Was told it would be at least another hour. Another lady in the waiting room had a 12:00 appointment for state inspection. They had told her at least 1.5 hour wait. This reflects poor business. I got my fob back and went elsewhere. Got the inspection done in 20 minutes without an appointment. Would definitely not recommend Chapel Hill Tire to any one.

Great Service, terrible atmosphere inside. I don’t mean the people. The owner has implemented some poisonous smells and scent machines in the business. I cannot stand to be inside the store. Instantly I get a migraine and taste chemicals in my mouth and it persists all day. I can’t believe they would make the staff work in this all day. It has to be toxic. I have been a customer for years but under this new policy of gashing everyone I may not continue. I don’t mean to write a 2 star review on the service. Because the team is great. They’re the only reason I go back. They have always been so helpful, responsive and amazing. They get 5 stars.
