They try to rip you off if you don't have the basic knowledge of how much a replacement product cost. They gave me a final price of 400$ but I was able to get it done on my own in 180$ by buying it online at Advance Auto parts.

These people should be put out of business. I recently got a brake job, wheel bearings done at this place. It wasn't cheap. One month later Everything failed. They won't fix and don't even care to make things right for the customer. Go to a reputable place. Avoid this place like the plague! This is a scam disguised as a mechanic shop. There is a special place in hell for these people. You're a THIEF!

I needed to install a passenger side window acquired on ebay. The window came broken, however Z-Auto mechanics managed to salvage a missing part from the original piece. After two hours of meticulous work we were all set. Excellent job!

Hi, it's a wrong place to go, no absolutely good customer service.I fix an appointment with owner at 1h30 pm, when I came on time he ignored me and giving care to mexican people who coming after me without appointment. No recommended !!! 🤣😇

I have to be honest out of all my years of car buying, I’d have to say Z Auto Sales has given me the greatest experience. Very friendly,made sure I had the choice of a great reliable vehicle for myself my 5 month old son and my older children. He made sure all the necessary repairs were done before hand. Filled my car full of gas. He has followed thru with every promise and commitment of me purchasing my Kia Rio from his business and don’t let me forget his sisters Food Truck is amazing u have to go by and check out their freshly made to order food. !!! I got the car from a dealership in Durham, and was sent to this shop for fuel sensor repair (after they said they replaced it before selling me the car) The car was there twice for 3 days each time and issue wasn’t resolved. I gave up and took the car to a different place.

Been coming here for everything from inspection to brake jobs, to tires, to oil changes, and have gotten that same fantastic service every time! They tell you what’s going on and describe to you the problem so you can understand it properly unlike these other guys who are so technical you can’t even understand them. I haven’t bought a car from them but every time I come I always see multiple people checking out their cars on the lot, which they do have plenty of nice cars. I would definitely recommend this place to people who aren’t comfortable with mechanics and can’t tell what is wrong with their car, they will treat your car like it’s their own!

Guy is knowledgable. Parts and labor should not be separated as they do not give warranty on parts and labor. Parts commission is added to the labor if you bring your own parts. So always combine their labor and parts together so that they are held accountable. Always get a quote upfront. The new front desk guy is not at all customer friendly. He is rude and mean.

I took my mini Cooper to three different mechanics. They told me I need to change the turbo I took it to Z auto it turned out to be a $20 O2 sensor. They charged deafly recommend these people very reliable may be a little busy and hectic parking, but they are definitely worth it.

Update: Still absolutely incredible. Randolpho is the BEST! I have been coming here for years! They ALWAYS do a great job. I literally get in and out for an oil change. They always are always accommodating and they take good care of you! Their prices are great. Seriously I recommend them! Edit: I've literally been coming here for 7 years! And they still are the best! I now live further by two towns and drive here to have anything done to my car. I don't trust anyone else!

Always bring your own parts they sell the parts 3 times extra price. I fixed my car for the part they charged me $350 without labor but the price in autozone was $75. And if you argue with them they will make another problem on your car so you can suffer or come back to them.
