I will never return to this location, save your time and money and go to Audi Raleigh instead. Audi Raleigh was booked for weeks and this was the only location with an available oil change appointment. My oil change was $170 more than Audi Raleigh. When I asked for clarification on the price difference, the service advisor told me it was because my car wasn’t lifted before. This is untrue and I have a video of my car being lifted. Finally, after the service advisor went over the maintenance, he said that my back tires were over inflated. I asked if this could be due to temperature since I’ve never put air in my tires with my car only being a year old. His response was that he had a guy that drove a 2023 Q5 that said the same thing and he didn’t want to say it but the customer is lying. Not only was I charged 50% more for the same service as Audi Raleigh, constantly being upsold but I was also called a liar over tire pressure.

The worst car service experience for the past 5 years. I’ve had numerous instances where they forgot to do things they charged me for, including a new battery that wasn’t put in and an oil change that was never done on a service. When I found out the battery had not been changed after I had paid for it, no apology, no explanation. This week, I just called to see why after a service and oil change, my car needed more oil 3 days later (it’s not leaking oil either), no response. They also sold me a defective tire that blew up on the highway less than a week after I bought a new set. They refused to take responsibility and I had to fight to get the tire replaced under the warranty. Besides all that, I have witnessed them constantly upsell customers and take advantage of their lack of car knowledge to push needless service. When they’ve tried to push needless services on me and I called it out, they sheepishly move on to another topic. The experience with Audi Cary has been so insanely bad. I really like Audis so not having a reliable dealer or service department in the area is a bummer.

Brought my mom’s Q3 in for an inspection today. These guys were the best from start to finish. Super friendly, promptly got the car in and had it finished in under an hour. When we picked it up, they went over the results with us, explained that they adjusted the tires since they were overinflated, and retuned the car washed and vacuumed. Super fair pricing as well. Huge thank you to the team here. Every service department should aspire to run like this.
