I took my car for service. I feel like my car was sabotaged or I’m being lied to just so the dealer can buy my car. I have been receiving calls from dealer to buy again the same day I picked it up. Mind you it’s parked in my driveway since it won’t start. Something that was not happening until I took my vehicle to them. I’m so hurt disappointed and angry. They messed my car up now I can’t even drive it at all

I was buying a 1-liter hydraulic fluid. Everyone was nice, except when I got to my home garage and opened the bottle I found out they sold me an open bottle. My life doesn't end there, but I don't feel comfortable spending my money at that dealership in the future

A great experience, my sales person Ricardo was great. He was courteous, very patient and we never felt he was annoyed by my indecisiveness. My male friends think it probable that I was taken advantage of from a financial point. I don't know, maybe. I would like to think I was given the same savings as any other person. The wait for financing was a bit longer than expected. Being check ready I didn't expect the wait. But, that wait was in my favor because I received a better rate than my bank had provided for my ready check. So, kudos to Gerald and most definitely Ricardo. Thank you Ricardo, for not judging a book by its cover 😊

Everyone at the dealership is super nice. When I have asked to speak to a tech they have always found one to explain things to me. Warranty service (which covers everything on the car) is always done without hesitation and at no charge. They also wash and vacuum your car before pick-up. Downsides... can't make appointments on-line, despite their being a tool on the website for it; hard to catch service reps on the phone; routine maintenance and repairs are generally quite expensive (Mercedes/smart parts prices are out of sight); You'll pay $180 for them to connect a scanner and diagnose your problem. Repairs can take several days and their loaner cars are awful GLC boxes. But despite the downsides, I've really enjoyed taking my car there and everyone seems intent on getting your car back to 100% fixed.

Calls to the customer service at this dealership were not answered or had to be waited for a long time. Service advisors were not easily accessible. The finance manager was impatient and rude. The level of service at this dealership does not match the brand name. Mercedes should consider another partner in this fast-growing market.

They changed my alignment from "Red" to "Green" values, from "Bad to Good" I guess, however the alignment gave me severe uneven wear on the tire and eventually disintegrated after like 7month/5000miles. Even their worksheet noted 7mm tread evenly on all 4 tires when the car was brought in. During the followup the service manager tried to blame on potholes which you dont see much in RTP, then blame on prior dealership work which was like 5 years 30 K miles ago (which was perfect as indicated by the universal 7mm tread), then also tried to up-sale me a new set of tires, just to mask the root issue and let me put on expensive rubber to be eaten away. They even refused to take the car back and do a alignment to verify their theory. Alignment quality as illustrated by facts.

Had a good experience with the service team at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. I had a software related issues with my 2024 EQE SUV which needed them to work with MB headquarters. JP, the service advisor kept me informed with timely updates via text, which I really appreciated. When repairs on my took longer than expected, they offered me a loaner. Overall very good service, clear communication, and a customer-first approach!
