I cannot thank these guys enough. My car broke down in Cary in a parking garage. I live in Charlotte and didn’t know anybody in town. The Crickwt guys got my car and brought it to their own shop. They fixed at fast and at a fair price, giving me all of my options, including an estimate for the basic job that would get me back on the road. Definitely use Cricket if you’re in a bad spot. Took daughter’s truck in for non-working AC. Keep nd of suspected the compressor was shot but not sure about possible Freon contamination and if other parts were in need of replacement. Got a phone call from mechanic stating only compressor was in need of replacing and all else was good to go. Approved the work a car was ready to go a few hours later with it blowing very cold air once again. I have had several of our cars serviced here and always a great experience with a timely repair at what I think is a fair price.
