On December 29th I visited genesis of Cary unannounced and not on their service schedule. Further I did not purchase my G70 there, but rather at a different dealership. My battery was dead and if turned off, the car would not start. I was stuck. I was told David Crooks, service mgr, that it would be awhile but he would do his best to work me in. During the time I was there, I was treated better than most dealership ever treated me. They provide updates as to the work they were doing and assured me they would get it done by the end of the day. And while waiting, the receptionist, the face of the dealership for anyone walking in, Supriya Chandra, could not have been nicer or more welcoming. I truly believe they cared about their new “customer”.
During the time my car was being serviced, the service technician, Jason Figueroa, explained exactly what he was doing and why. He was committed to completing the job regardless. At about 5:05, I left the dealership with my faith in auto dealerships restored.
All the staff I dealt with, David, Supriya and Jason were true professionals. Again, while I did not purchase my car there to begin with, I will be sure to try to work with the sales team when the time comes for a new car, in it will be because of how I was treated by the staff. Thank you to all.
